Recently, my husband & I created a bridal registry at this location. I wasn’t crazy about doing so(due to how outrageously expensive they are! Not to mention the companies lack of eco– friendly products) in the first place so I admit my attitude might not be justified. However, we received quite a few gifts off our registry but since we didn’t get a larger home that we had bid on previously, had no room & decided to return them. Now it’s not that the service was bad or that anything was wrong with the actual items. But I really would have appreciated a heads up before I even registered. Had I know about their no so friendly return policy I never would’ve registered here! After the cashier had credited me for my returns, I then received a merchandise credit for $ 100.00+ :/Because what I didn’t know at the time was that you can get cash back but only if you ask. Otherwise you are stuck with a store credit that you probably wont use. So I emailed their customer service department & explained the situation. Their csd was incredibly nice and said he’d take care of the problem immediately. All I had to do was go to the same store location & ask for the manager. His name is Dave & he definitely wasn’t happy about exchanging the merchandise credit for cash. He was abrupt and a little cocky, even though it took less then 5 minutes. So, for all you future brides & grooms– think twice before you register with any company!!!
