Yum, that’s all I can say for everything we’ve tried. Ordered a couple of cakes for birthdays and they were beautiful and delicious. Ordered s party tray of mini desserts for a holiday party. The tray looked so pretty and all the selections were perfect.

I totally didn’t believe the other 5 star reviews until we went there. Two days. In a row. We have tried several truffles, a couple cup cakes and there carrot cake. Zero complaints. My husband tried the Irish carbomb cupcake. He doesn’t like sweets and I was shocked he ordered it when we took our girls there to pick treats. He ate every bit of it, he said it was perfect. The salted caramel cupcake had the best frosting ever. Amazing. A teeny bit more expensive than it should be, but I think it’s because of the fancy boxes and bags. :)

I used to live in Stow, and every now and then, when I needed a quick pick-​me up, I would stop here to get myself a cupcake. I’m a huge fan of the Red Velvet cupcake and the tiramisu shooters. Because Todd is a creative and artistic designer, I knew I wanted to work with Bittersweet’s for my wedding cake. And that cake was beautiful and tasted really great. I only wish I still lived close to Bittersweet’s!

I’ve stopped here several times to purchase the truffles as gifts and for my own enjoyment. The selection of flavors was amazing, the presentation was beautiful, and the taste was divine. I’ve read some of the prior posts about poor customer service. This isn’t Acme it’s a specialty business. They are professionals. They may not fawn over you but the workers have always been polite and forthright in my interactions with them. If you want someone to offer a saccharin smile go to Malley’s. If you want exceptional chocolate and cupcakes that are out of this world go to Bittersweet’s.

In terms of their chocolates, absolutely fantastic! Bittersweet hosts a variety of cookies, desserts, cakes, and chocolates, all of which look delicious! Everything looks as amazing as it tastes, and I’m thrilled to have gotten a selection of their chocolates for Valentine’s Day!
