I wish there was a 0 star option.
I have nothing good to say about this company. Usually I can find one nugget of good even with a bad experience — not here. I mistakenly paid $ 275 up front for a plow contract over the winter. I should have known that price was too good to be true.
–Dan Novak (owner) doesn’t return phone calls unless you call or email multiple times
–They don’t plow without us having to call and ask
–When they do plow, it’s always after I leave for work in the morning (which was discussed with Dan prior to me paying) rendering their services useless
–Dan would not give me a refund after I was very unhappy with their (lack of) service.
–I was told multiple times after calling to find out where they were, that there wasn’t enough snow. There was over 4 inches.
–Dan hung up on me
–I filed a claim on the BBB and received NO response from them.
I have no idea how this company is in business. If they treated me this way, I’m guessing they treated others the same and these 5 star reviews are from family and friends.
STAY AWAY!!!
3÷2÷15 — Update: My husband had to shovel our entire driveway in order for me to go to work this morning. We had a bad snowstorm with about 6″ of snow in Hudson. They just never showed up.

Fantastic local business with more than 15 years experience. Their prices are excellent, and their services are fantastic.
My wife and I have used this service for three years now, and it’s just terrific! They always come before we leave for work, and we’re never trapped in by snow. They even shovel the walkways and do salting. If you’re looking for a service in the Stow area, then look no further.
