Stow Service Center

I am not sure about what the other poster had to say… my experience was totally different! Bob was amazingly understanding and explained issues with the car well. I have limited knowledge when it comes to cars, but I easily could follow everything he explained. While my car was not salvageable (it sat for a number of years) he was honest with his advice (to get rid of the car and get a new one) since the amount to fix it would be more than the car was worth.
All in all here is what happened with my service:
1) After speaking to him he took care of getting a tow truck to the house to pick-​up the car and bring it to his garage
2) He stayed in contact with me as he investigated the state of the car
3) Gave me his honest assessment
4) Took care of getting the car picked-​up by and delivered to a junk-​yard
If you are like me, you have had a poor history with mechanics — but not anymore, I’m sticking with Bob!
