Very high prices! And no attention to detail! I prefer the smaller dry cleaners, someone who relys on my business therefore they actually pay attention to my clothes!

White Swan used to be the best cleaner in the area. Since they switched to an offsite service they have begun to break buttons, melt collar stays and return shirts with starch blotches and stains that weren’t on the shirt when dropped off. Most troubling is an owner who refuses to accept responsibility for the damages they cause. I used this cleaner for more than ten years and had to find a new cleaner after they couldn’t get control of quality issues.

I’ve used many local cleaners and have found that quality cleaners is the best. Fast quality service and friendly staff. I really love that they pickup and drop off my dry cleaning to my home twice a week.
