They make good sushi and Mali, but not even close to good enough to be worth waiting an hour for the food. No, not for a table, but FORTHEFOOD. Maybe I’m spoiled by living in NYC, but this was the most absurdly long wait I’ve ever had.

I moved from Boston to Vermont and have been missing good sushi. Himitsu Sushi pops up near me in Stowe on Thursdays and I love the chance to have high-quality sushi every week! The chef does some really creative rolls and the service is wonderful. Great for take out too. They rotate around so you need to check their facebook page to see where they are. Usually it’s Monday at The Bee Knees — Morrisville, Tuesday at Kismet — Montpelier, Wednesday at American Flatbread — Waitsfield, and Thursday at The Green Goddess Café — Stowe:
