Fox’s Pizza Den

The food is not the best… but edible if your hungry enough. The owner is the biggest jerk in that town. The way he treats people is terrible. I would recommend that this place be closed. I’m holding back a lot in this review. Biting my tongue. I suggest if you like being treated with respect don’t eat there.

Very long wait times for food regardless of amount of people in the restaurant. Food is not bad though and if you got an hour and a half to spare it’ll be worth it

It took 10 minutes on the phone to order a delivery order. I was put on hold several times. It took 45 minutes to get the pizza here to the hotel only a block away. Once the delivery driver got here she was very friendly, very pretty, and a smile on her face. It’s hard to be mad at someone who is smiling. But, the reason they still get four stars is that the pizza was absolutely delicious. I only ordered from this place because I couldn’t find a Papa John’s to deliver here. After eating this pizza, I’m glad there wasn’t a Papa John’s. The pizza is definitely worth the price and the wait. If the service on the phone would improve next time I order (there will be a next time) I’ll give five stars.

The proprietor of this particular Fox’s is not a nice person. We placed an order for a pizza that had to be picked up at a certain time (for our child’s lunch period) and were told they could «absolutely do that.» They «absolutely failed.» We showed up to pick up the pizza in time to see another customer walk out with a pizza, and in time to see them putting the toppings on our pizza at the moment it was supposed to be ready. We expressed our displeasure to the proprietor, went to McDonald’s, and came back later to re-​emphasize our displeasure. The owner didn’t seem to care in the least. They’ve got to take care of their customers better or Pizza Hut will put them out of business. We’ll not be back.

Good quality and service. A bit overpriced for what it is, but a very pleasant experience overall.
