Atrociously, unbelievably, unspeakably long wait. This can’t possibly be because they’re so busy because at any given time there are only a couple of people in the waiting room. The people that work here are very nice, no complaints there. But there must be something wrong here that they can’t be more efficient. Our entire day had to be essentially canceled because of the hours we spent here, just sitting and waiting, and waiting, and waiting some more. I think I’d rather walk around with a broken limb than come here again.

Competent care. Doctor went out of his way to print articles highlighting the rationale for his decisions.

We had a great experience at this location after my son hurt his eye. We were quickly seen and I was impressed with the nurse and doctor. They called the next day to check in with us which I thought was nice.

Been here 5 times so far with my wife for different reasons. They would not treat my sciatica by giving me a script for pain meds but treated my wife’s kidney stone with a percocet script. So they say they don’t give pain meds but they do, it just depends on how happy doctor Voss is that day and how sad you look I guess. In and out fast. You can even pay like $ 15 to get some meds there! They are open 9 – 97 days a week and if you leave there late and rite aid or walgreens closes early on a Sunday night, don’t fret, hop on over to cvs in Newburyport, they are fast also! I would go here again, but not for sciatica again. I suffered through it until I got into a real doctor someplace else. Sent my wife another time to the ER at Exeter hospital where she got the iv pain meds she desperately needed, and they facilitated the easy process of going over there and skipping the line for the ER. They also take X-rays in their place.

I had been suffering from what I thought was a cold for nearly four weeks. Finally, my wife insisted that I seek medical attention. I knew that it would be weeks before I could get an appointment with my primary care physician, I decided to stop in at the ConvenientMD Urgent Care facility in Stratham, NH. It was my first visit to the facility. The check-in process went smoothly and it was not long before I was called into an exam room. The attending nurse was very thorough and professional. Megan Norton, the Physician Assistant who examined me was very professional and expressed a sincere concern for my well being. She paid particular attention to my past medical history in that I am asthmatic. She thoroughly explained the medicine that she was prescribing and instructed me to contact my pulmonologist if I was not feeling better in a week or so. One very convenient service at ConvenientMD is that they were able to fill my prescription on-site rather than me having to wait for it at a local pharmacy. I would not hesitate to return to the Stratham, NH ConvenientMD in the future and would recommend the facility to family and friends.

Last week my husband and I were visiting friends in Exeter and I started feeling really ill really fast. I needed help and I needed it quick. We live in AZ and our friends suggested we look for an urgent care center. My husband looked online and found a local walk in company that was only 10 minutes from where we were staying called ConvenientMD. My husband drove me there at 8:00 that night. The facility was large, clean and well staffed. I was seen by a doctor in less than 10 minutes after arriving. After blood work and a nasal swab I diagnosed me with the flu, ugh. The doctor was professional and compassionate as was the whole staff. I was really upset to learn I had the flu but relieved as I felt like I was getting really good care. My entire visit took less than 45 minutes, they prescribed and provided the proper medications and we were on our way. They accepted our insurance and my Co-pay was the normal $ 25, the same as going to our primary care doctor back home. I’ve been to urgent care/walk-ins back home and in other cities but this place was a whole different level of care and professionalism.

I came here with my son recently because we could not get into our doctor’s office. Every step of the process was great. We had the same copay as we do at our PCP. SO much cheaper than the other urgent cares we have been to. The receptionists out front were so friendly, they gave my son a coloring book to occupy him before we went in to be seen. The nurse then gave my son a teddy bear to make him feel better. The doctor was extremely nice and professional. We were in and out in less than an hour. We were even able to get my son’s prescription right there so I didn’t need to make a stop at the pharmacy with a crying little boy. This will now be my first stop when we are sick.

Horrible experience. I went in with a sick toddler on November 16, 2014. The waiting room had two other people and was very slow. We waited for an hour before being seen and it took an hour-and-a-half in the exam room. The doctor was so slow and there was only a few other patients. They acted like they didn’t care about our business and were very dismissive in their attitudes. I would have understood the wait if there were actually more than a handful of people there. Ridiculous service and attitude.

I went to Convenient MD last week and was very impressed with this urgent care facility. It is in a great location and easy to get to from Portsmouth. I had virtually no wait, and was in and out in no time. It is super clean and the nurse and doctor were attentive and thorough. I will definitely use them in the future!
