ProEx Physical Therapy

I had my first appointment at ProEx yesterday and it was such a great experience! Since being in a car accident at the beginning of the month, I have seen multiple doctors and specialists. None of which were much help or able to explain my injuries and where the pain was coming from. Anne at the front desk booked my appointment for me and I was impressed that I was able to get a next day appointment! They also took my auto insurance first which was so refreshing. Their focus was not on payment but on getting me help!!!
Easy to find location, nice/​clean on the inside and everyone was really friendly. Anne greeted me and helped me with all my questions. I saw Heather and she was so lovely. Her information about my injuries really helped me better understand what was going on and the best way to treat it. She took her time to really look into everything and seemed to be taking detailed notes. She explained that she was forming a plan for me that she thinks is going to really help. She had such a gentle nature and was not pushy to make me do anything that I wasn’t comfortable doing. Always checking in on my pain level and icing me when I needed it. Her recommendation of twice a week made me nervous about scheduling appointments, but once she walked me out to the front desk to hand me off to Anne, scheduling was easy! I booked out and they were very clear about cancellation policy and gave me everything I needed for insurance purposes, no questions asked.
Coming from someone who was very nervous about starting the journey of PT, they really made me feel like I was in good hands, pun intended, from the initial phone call. Im actually looking forward to going back next week!

I just completed my Physical Therapy with ProEx and the experience was exceptional. The people were nice, professional and very knowledgeable. The hours are very accommodating and they do their best to fit you in even if you mess up your appointment time. I hope I don’t need their services again, but if you do I highly recommend them.
