Stayed here in late Sept, 2015, Sat night. They accommodated our special needs for a non-pet room, check-in was quick & easy, rates were reasonable. The room was huge, new bedding that was all very clean, nice large TV, and great WIFi service. Bathroom clean & modern. Our only issue was being on the first floor, we could hear those above us walking & moving in their room. Also we heard the water running in other rooms for showers. Next time I would choose the second floor, which may have less noise.

This was a good choice for doing Sugarloaf on a budget. I was a little worried that it would seem too far from the mountain but it wasn’t an issue at all. It’s about an 8 minute drive to the access road so about 15 minutes to the actual mountain. The room was clean and comfortable. We didn’t partake in the continental breakfast, instead we went to the Looney Moose diner across the street every morning, which was delicious. Everyone was friendly and accommodating.

Clean rooms, friendly service, perfect continental breakfast and all at a very fair price. You won’t find a room in this region for that cost with such high quality of service. You can even save a little money by purchasing groceries to make meals in their community kitchen which is a great way to break up vacation meals because at least for us when we dine out we like it for a couple of nights but then enjoy a home cooked meal! Bonus it’s a quick ride to Sugarloaf, or Saddleback and the ATV/snowmobile trails are easily accessible.

Yikes. The best word I can use is: functional but nothing more.
This place is fine, clean and absolutely no frills. Pretty inexpensive ($ 79/night) but you can definitely do better even for what they charge.
