Dr. Combs was awesome. Staff was amazing. I went in for the first time to this office based on my insurance list of doctors and Unilocal reviews. This location did not disappoint. Probably one of the best experiences I’ve had with an eye doctor. He took his time and explained everything to me. I can tell he really loves his job and will miss him next year when he retires. The staff were all super friendly. Patty helped me pick out my glasses and was super patient with me. She not only recommended frames, but also explained the differences between them. I highly recommend!

I have been a patient here for several years. Dr Combs has such a relaxing presence and is so fun to talk to that it actually makes my eye appointment enjoyable (not just another task on my ‘to do’ list)! Last year I had an issue with one of my eyes and Dr C went above and beyond in making sure I received the BEST care. During that time I was a frequent vistor to the office and I must comment on the vast improvement in management/​staffing over the last year! Daniela is wonderful and works tirelessly on behave of the patients. Elizabeth is kind, patient, and knowledgeable… as are the other staff members. Although I will miss Shannon (who has since been promoted to a new branch) CONGRATS! I know I will feel at ease and taken care of at each appointment.

Went to Rosin Eyecare because it was covered in vision plan. Very happy with the overall experience!
Dr. Chiamami was very informative. My 16 year old son was interested in contacts and the Dr. gave us a thorough explanation of different lenses available.
Later, the young Lady, I found out was the office manger, Daniela, helped my son with his contact fitting. She was VERY patient as my Son tried using contacts for the first time! This place was fast, efficient, and friendly! I would definitely recommend this office to friends and family.

I am always impressed with the level of customer service I have received from everyone in this office. If you have been there in the past and have been less than impressed with the place, I would definitely give them another chance. From what I understand, the office is under new management and you won’t be disappointed… I sure wasn’t. I can’t imagine going anywhere else… and not just because their hours and location are so convenient!

I have been looking for a new eye doctor and place nearby. I found Rosin through my eye insurance network via their website. The main thing that caught my eye was all the Higher End Brands of Glasses they carry. I made an appointment and at first, there was a problem with VSP (of course because of them always changing plans, data, etc). The new Manager there, Danielle (who is an absolute darling; very courteous, professional and just wonderful), helped me throughout this inconvenience and explained everything that was going on. I came back on another appointment (Day 2) and received the same Grade A service. I hope that everyone else will get this same experience I am getting/​have received.

I went there to get an eye exam, got glasses, staff was very polite. When I came back with a problem, the management was not willing to help me out, too busy to talk to me, and not listening to my problem. The worst manager I’ve ever had to deal with!!!
Don’t bother going there, you will probably be mistreated just like me!
