Getting a little frustrated by this location and how some of the stylists intentionally go out of order with clients as they come in. There are no appointments and when someone who just gets there gets called before we do I find it more than frustrating. When it happens only once it is a legitimate mistake but it has happened to us countless times at this location. Time is far more valuable than money!

First time at this location and when I got here it was empty which I do not mind! I got a coupon in the mail for a free cut so I brought my son.
Plus I need to find a place that will cut my sons hair better. I decided to do a Mohawk. So far the lady is doing a great job and is being very nice to my son. I’m surprised he is not complaining because my little one hates getting haircuts but he seems to be doing fine. The lady is being very gentle too I think he likes it lol. Haircut looks great! Stylist name is Karina
I will not mind returning to this location I did call to make an appointment which they don’t do and that’s ok at least I know they are not to busy around this time. It’s a Thursday at 1pm.

Service slow, waiting about 35 min only one person ahead of me. Not sure they have proper management.

So I really like this place… most of the time. I have been sitting in the waiting area for about 10 minutes while all the ladies are busy. I am waiting to check in. One guy finishes his cut and pays and leaves. Another guy comes in and they check him in and the she walks away from the counter. I was never checked in. So, I am getting in my car and going somewhere else. Screw this

I took both of my boys to get a hair cut here, and I have to say that I’m so disappointed… I had a coupon for $ 8.95 thinking both of them under 20 dollars… Wrong they only honor one per kid??? On top of that my boys didn’t like there hair;/-
NEVER AGAIN I’m going back to my Mexican girl…

Now I have gone to many dime-​a-​dozen hair cut type establishments. I am a male, who up until I got married, had a completely shaved head that I did myself every few days. I liked this approach — but my newly found woman did not.
So I find that many of the places I go are not personal nor friendly. I will say that the another place up the road has great people, but lack attention to detail.
I enjoy ALL the people at this location! I am not a SPORTS nut like some males are, so the atmosphere is not that important. What is important is that EVERY SINGLE TIME I LEAVE, I cannot find ONE thing wrong.
I enjoy the additional things I can get with their services like a hot towel and a massaged scalp. However, it is really their attention to the SMALLEST things which make a great hair cut worth the cost.
