Was there today and ordered a sandwich and when asked what I wanted to drink I said water. The lady gave me a cup and told me where to get the water. I came back paid the bill and then I noticed on the receipt I was charged $ 1.50 for a fountain drink. I told her I didn’t order a fountain drink I asked for water. I showed her the cup and I had a half of a cup of water in the cup. She then tells me the $ 1.50 was for the cup. I tell her to keep the cup and the water and that I want a refund for a $ 1.50. She gives it to me and I ask her exactly whose policy is it to charge a $ 1.50 for a cup? Is it corporates policy or yours? She said corporate so I said fine then I will contact them and sat down. With that said she now comes up with a small plastic see through cup that is given by most fast food restaurants when you request water. I felt like I was actually trying to get ripped off by this particular Subway. No thanks as there are plenty of other Subway’s to go to.

If your looking for a quick meal that is semi healthy then this subway is your place. The staff are very friendly and move through the line quick to get the customers in and out of the restaurant. The problem with moving so fast is sometimes they skimp on the toppings, I usually have to ask for more or every topping… which they never have a problem doing. The inside is always very clean and have a lot of tables set up so people can eat inside. So if your looking to eat healthy thismis your place… but don’t be scared to ask for more toppings:)

This is my favorite Subway spot in my part of the hood. The place is always clean, and there’s plenty of room for people to eat inside. The place used to share its space with Dairy Queen, so it was an extra incentive to eat here then order a scoop or two of my favorite ice cream. There is always plenty of staffers during their peak hours so the line moves fast. One thing I have to say about the people that work here or all the Subway chains that I’ve been to… although the people are super efficient, It would be nice if they gave their customers a warm greeting, not just a forced«Hello, can I take your order»
