It’s really unfortunate that I live by this Taco Bell because I keep giving it a chance due to its proximity. Often times I’m coming home late from work and I just need to fill my stomach. This location’s service has been bad almost every time I’ve gone there. Often their grill isn’t working and they can’t make a quesadilla. They often don’t have potatoes for potato tacos. Also the waiting times are absurd at times. I’ve waited in the drive thru for more than 45 mins at 1am when there’s 2 cars in front of me and behind me. I’m my the only one that waited. That’s unacceptable. Please fix your crappy service!

Have been to this location several times and every time there is an issue with my order! I’m fed up, I will now drive out of my way to go to a different location. I ordered after repeating my order several times at the drive thru I was only given half of my order even though the receipt showed I was billed for all of it. The person at the window even acknowledged that was my whole order. Of course I got home so I had to call and of course they said they had the other half of my order. Now with the 10 minute commute each way my food was getting cold so I asked them to remake my order. I was only offered a half assed apology and then once I got home with my new order it was still wrong! I paid for supreme tacos and only got regular and other mistakes. On other occasions I also experienced slow service, wrong orders, and cold food. Someone needs to make this right!

Worst experience ever. First off I waited in line for 15 minutes. Couldn’t even drive off cause you are trapped once you enter. So anyway I Stopped their on my way home to grab my kids some food. Reluctant cause Taco Bell is gross but kids like it. Argues with the lady that she didn’t give me my drinks. Tried telling me i didn’t order drinks. Had to remind her that I got 2 meals that come with drinks. I specifically tell her no tomatoes and what do I get tomatoes on everything. I ordered 3 taco supremes and they charged me for them and gave me regular tacos. I feel ridiculous for writing a bad review for Taco Bell cause I feel like I should have just known better. No surprise the terrible rating at this one. Just don’t eat Taco Bell people.

Glad I read the Unilocal reviews regarding the delays before heading there at 11p last night. I’ve lived nearby for many years, likely longer than the business has been in existence, occasionally enjoying their fare, and never encounter a problem. Last night, I arrived, saw a backup of 8+ cars not moving, and decided waiting in that line was not for the end of my Sunday night. Drove out of the lot and went elsewhere. Unfortunately, once in the line, which is single car width, there is no way out. Why isn’t the business providing complimentary drinks, and hopefully a meal, for those so stuck.

This place sucks! Their service is slow and they never have any beef for tacos. I’ve went here on two occasions only to be told«I’m sorry we don’t have beef». How the hell does Taco Bell not have any beef? It’s just like going to McDonald’s only to be told«I’m sorry we have no beef patties». My point is it kinda eliminates 90% of the menu. So yes this place sucks! I would give it 0 stars if I could. * it’s important to note that I went here at 11am when I was told they had no beef.

Every time I’ve come to this Taco Bell they mess up my order. This time I had to wait 15 minutes for my food, after watching them mess up 2 orders, and then they forget part of my order. I really do not blame the employees, but at dinner time rush you can’t have 2 employees working.

Overall food is usually good quality when you are actually able to place an order or receive the items in which you ordered. We went tonight at 11pm to the drive through hoping for a yummy treat. We were greated by a message that said there is a 20 – 30 minute wait… wtf what if I wanted a soft drink!!! Ended up at Wendy’s instead with prompt service. What are you doing in there that takes 20 to 30 minutes… No employees seen through windows.

This place offers the worst possible service that you can experience at taco bell. The last three times I’ve been here I’ve had to wait 20+ mins to receive small orders with no line in front of me. I would avoid this place like the plague.

Monday, September 7 around 1:30am. I had to place my order(three tacos) at the drive thru three times. Before the third time the employee said she couldn’t hear my order because her coworker was shouting at her. After she finally heard my order she said they had no beef. A Taco Bell with no beef?! That pretty much eliminates everything on the menu. I found the Wendy’s down the street had beef which explains why the drive thru was packed.

No wonder why they don’t serve breakfast! They can’t get the main menu items correct. Luckily I live closer to a different location, I only go to this one if I need to. The latest error: I order a #3, 3 crunchy taco supreme meal with a Mt. dew NO ice with 4 extra soft tacos. Mind you, I should have checked the bag… I get a Mt. Dew with what seemed to be all ice and the extra soft tacos have sour cream on them. Even if they were giving away food, I think I would pass. Sorry guys, you need to step it up big time.

Horrible service, just waited in the drive thru for over 30 min because they only had 2 people working on 4th of July. Only to find out they didn’t have a list of ingredients to complete the order. Poor management that’s all I have to say. NEVERAGAIN at least for this location.

Absolutely terrible. I have been coming here for years and every time there is a new problem. Once there was no lettuce, meat cheese or tomatoes. Another the computer is shut down and they can’t figure out how to fix it. Then when they do get the food ready, the cheese is usually never melted and warm as it should be. I almost always love Taco Bell, just not this location.

I went through the drive thru at 7pm on my way home from work. I was the 4th car in line. After placing my order I sat there for 25 minutes, and the line never moved. There’s no exit out of the drive thru so I just had to sit there. Finally the people behind me all left, so I was able to back out of the drive thru. In reading other reviews, it seems that this problem has happened before. I will not be coming back to this location. It should not take 25+ minutes to get a burrito. Who knows how much longer I would have sat there if I hadn’t left.

I went after work to get food. I waited at the drive thru window with the kid looking at me for a few minutes then takes my money then I’m sitting and waiting for over 5 mins for my food. I get home half the food was cold, soggy and falling apart, the other half was burnt to a crisp and tasted bad as well as the put beans instead of meat on my order. The kid at the drive thru window was in regular clothes. NOTHAPPY.

The chicken rolls up I tried tonight, we got 12, they were super hard and chewy like they were microwaved. Not to mention they were like $ 13. Don’t get them. Plus they didn’t ask if I wanted my receipt, hot sauce, etc. easily the worst Taco Bell experience of my life. It was a drive-thru order. Plus they forgot my sour cream.

Let’s be honest here: we’re talking about Taco Bell, it isn’t exactly a four star restaurant. But seriously. After tonight, I’d rather stick a burrito in my eyeball than spend a single dime here ever again! We walked over here, on a rather chilly night, to find the doors were locked at 8:30(the lobby is supposed to be open until midnight). We knocked on the door, wondering if maybe it was a fluke, only to be told that their front computer was down, so they could only take orders on the drive-through computer. Instead of offering to ring our order up on the back computer, we were unceremoniously turned away. So we walked back home, got the car, and drove back… …To sit in line for almost ten minutes. We told them right away that we had two separate orders, placed them, and when we finally got to the one window that was open, were handed a single, tiny order. They seemed blissfully unaware that there was, you know, a second order. They said they were«really busy», but somehow had enough coverage for a few employees to be kicking back, joking around, and generally doing jack. Finally got our orders and went home… …With a wrong order. At this point, I called and spoke to the«manager», Lou. He was nothing short of defiant, argumentative, and an overall ass on the phone. He had the gall to tell me that there was no way my order was wrong, because«we’re really careful». Clearly not, since my order has been consistently wrong every single time we’ve come to this little patch of paradise. The icing on the cake? He told me over the phone that he would remake my tacos and refund my order. When we arrived, they remade the tacos(which were cold and frankly, tasted like crap), but then Lou suddenly decided that a refund wasn’t necessary and refused to do as he had said he would over the phone. Seriously? At this point, it was already 9:30. An hour to get Taco Bell. An hour. For a point of reference to the ever-classy young manager of this establishment, in that time, I could have gone to a nice steakhouse, ordered an appetizer, a nice meal for two, and drinks, been treated well by my server, gotten my meal, eaten it, enjoyed my drink, and left. Instead, I had cold, crappy tacos that I had to return to the same place three times to get. We wasted time walking there, wasted gas driving back(twice, at that), and all to be treated like garbage by some punk with a bad attitude. Never before have I been treated this poorly by anyone I brought a problem to, and never before have I left a business so infuriated. I’m glad they’re about to start bottling Baja Blast so I never have to set foot in a Taco Bell again.

This taco bell is terrible. I always go through the drive through and it is always an exceedingly long wait. There are literally people honking their horns in the drive through line right now, as I sit here stuck and wasting gas, and it is 8:00 at night. Absolutely ridiculous!

This particular Taco Bell has been here since I’ve moved here. Like any Taco Bell, it’s décor is bright and colorful. I’ve used both the drive-thru and walked in. The food is your typical Taco Bell fare and if you want a quick fix. Taco Bell is it. The restaurant was clean and organized. The staff is friendly and got my order in pretty quickly. There have been times I’ve had to wait in the walk-up and it seems they service their drive-thru customers a bit more quickly than their walk-in customers. I don’t go here often cept for trying that new Doritos Locos taco, which is interesting to say the least. Mostly go here for the kids and they love their nachos and cheese roll-ups.
