I’ve used Gateway towing twice now, and I cannot stress how happy I am with both of my experiences! Both times I called (one for a tow, the other for a lock out) they were extremely professional, and QUICK. Anytime you need a towing/​accident/​lockout service it can be extremely stressful. Not only were the guys prompt with answering and letting me know they could help, they got there IN MINUTES. Granted, the last one he said he was just down the road, so he was right there; but when I needed a tow last year they arrived in less than 20 minutes. That alone is impressive. Even better, the guys who helped me were SO FRIENDLY – very reassuring, telling me what they needed to do, and even making light jokes. The rates are *EXTREMELY* reasonable, and for that kind of service I would have happily paid twice what they charged. I will recommend Gateway towing to anyone and everyone in the Streetsboro/​Aurora area.
