This company is what other companies strive to be. I ordered a mailbox from an easy to navigate website, received it in perfect condition in just a few days-it’s already installed and operational. Would definitely recommend their products and service!

Just bought a Step2 Grand Rapids Water Slide Jumpy. Within 1 hr of using this product for the first time, the top of the water cannon ripped. I called Step2 that night. They offered a repair kit. Second time I used this, bottom of water cannon ripped. I asked to take back to ToysRUs for a replacement & they said no. I think it is a design flaw if kids cannot use a product without it ripping. I have now asked for 3 repair kits and I’ve owned a month! I am sorry I purchased this product. I think this may be a lemon(sometimes it happens) but the fact that they are saying that it can’t hold up to kids use after 1 hr and they make kids products bothers me. I am sorry I purchased this water jumpy!

5 stars for their product, and the shopping experience. They sell heavy plastic toys for kids(ride-on toys, swing sets, play kitchens, furniture, et. al), and virtually all their toys are MADE and ASSEMBLED in the U.S. I believe they’re the biggest toy manufacturer in America. Yay: support our country! We have one of their play kitchens(bought off Craigslist) and just ordered an art master activity desk directly from Step2 for Christmas. They are very well crafted. No sharp edges, extremely durable, built to last. The desk chair with the art desk was molded as one solid slab of plastic; that means I can sit on it with no fear of breaking it. I mean, my butt hangs off it as it’s sized for a toddler, but it won’t buckle under my **hundred and something-something** pounds. Great buying experience from Step2 also. They sell their products through retailers, but I wanted the oversized desk shipped to me, rather than trying to transport it in my non-SUV vehicle. It was actually $ 10 cheaper than at the store, and no shipping charges made it a sweeter deal. It arrived via Fed-Ex in four days. We set it up in five minutes. And then: a problem. Friends of ours came over and pointed out the desk was missing the screws and the overhead light. I called Step2, related the issue and half-expected them to charge us — if not for the parts, then for shipping. The customer service rep took down the info, apologized(!), and said they’d send it out promptly. We got it a couple days later. No charge.
