Great customer service getting my laptop fixed. After determining needed repair and cost, the technician thoroughly explained other options including purchasing either a new laptop or else a refurbished one. Repair was completed promptly and for exact price quoted. Very knowledgeable and fair.

I came into this store knowing very little about computers and technology. Referred by a friend, I decided to try them out. As confusing as computers are to me already, the way the employee walked me through the problems and repairs needed made it simple and less painstaking, not to mention their diagnostic was free so it saved me a ton of money compared to other places iv’ e taken my computer to. I highly suggest this company to anyone looking for outstanding prices, knowledgeable employees, excellent customer service.
