Pearle Vision

By far the best opticians around. I’ve been going here for a number of years and will admit there have been a glitch or two but they worked out any problems with a smile.
The entire staff is extremely professional and quite helpful in selecting what’s right for each person. The doctor is also wonderful and very caring. The entire process here is easy!

I wish that all places embodied the great customer service that Pearle Vision does. Unlike the dentist, I LOVE coming here! The eye Dr is so nice! Terri is amazing about calling you when your stuff is in, she feels like family. I was here last week to order new glasses, they even ordered a style of frames they were out of for me JUST to try to decide if I would like them (no pressure to buy them). That’s top notch!

I have purchased my last 2 pairs of glasses from Pearle Vision. They have a large name brand selection and seem to have the newer styles and a few extremely trendy pairs to choose from.
The ladies who work there are really friendly and I realize they are paid to tell me I look good in my glasses, but its kind of funny trying on ones I know look bad and have them try and compliment them. I did think it was funny when I saw the list of prompts on the back of one of their mirrors on how to tell someone the glasses looked good. I always bring my someone with me to make sure I pick out the right pair because they never seem to tell you they don’t look good.
I was disappointed this time I ordered that they told me they would call when they were ready and 2 days after the day they would’ve been in no one had called. When I called they said «yeah they are here» and didn’t apologize for not calling :(
