Rachel and Jenn are awesome at what they do… the Picoway laser skin rejuvenation is amazing and makes my skin look so much smoother and younger. The best part is that is there no downtime, so I could go back to work the next day and no one knew I had anything done. The chemical peels with jenn have helped a ton too with the overall texture of my skin. Everyone is so friendly and willing to educate you on the services they offer and proper skincare maintenance so that you have realistic expectations. They definitely have the best prices in town and the most talented staff. I wouldn’t trust my face to anyone else!

High pressure sales! I came to this place for a skin service, which they told me was not appropriate for my skin type. Then the tried to pressure me into all of these other services that I didn’t want. My friend got laser here and she got burned. Stay away from these money hungry sharks!

After a horrible experience at a competing company, I have to say Skin Deep Medi Spa was like a breath of fresh air — They saved me from a nightmare dealing with this other company that refused to fulfill the services I paid for in full (simply because of change of ownership on THEIR end and taking advantage of a loophole in my contract). From my very first point of contact with Skin Deep, there was a noticeable difference. The employees here take extra time and care in explaining everything to you, understanding your medical history before recommending treatments — they are extremely thorough, not to mention friendly and kind mannered. Their prices are great, and their service is excellent. If you’re considering laser hair removal, I highly recommend this place! :)

This place is amazing, I’m in the process of having 2 tattoos removed and after 1 treatment they are both almost gone, the relief of knowing these are just about gone is well worth the money! Thank you dr. Becker and skin deep medi spa staff!

I live in Charlotte, NC yet I still go to Skin Deep Medi Spa to receive my lip injections because of how natural my lips look after receiving treatment. I was concerned about losing my ‘cupid’s bow’ (the ‘m’ shape to my upper lip) however that is not the case. My lips have my same natural shape just fuller. I also love how long it lasts. I only need to go twice a year to get my lips done. Since I plan frequent visits home to see family, this is no problem at all especially since the staff is so accommodating. Totally worth making the trip even from Charlotte, NC.

The staff is horribly rude. Each time I went in they were very cold and unhelpful. I am on my third treatment and seeing very little difference. It’s very clean and they carry some good cosmetic and skin care brands.

I purchased a set of 6 laser hair removal treatments for my underarms. Six sessions later, the hair there is just as thick and dense as when I started. I gave two stars for nice ambiance — the waiting area and laser rooms are clean and well-​equipped and the staff are polite and efficient. They offer coffee and water when you arrive. That is a plus, but it doesn’t me want to go back and get lasered if their technology doesn’t work.

Decent laser hair removal but they will cancel your appointment if you’re even a couple minutes late.

I went to Skin Deep Medi Spa for my very first time last week. I was interested in getting lip injections, which I never have done before. Rachel was highly recommended for me due to her precise techniques and education level on all of the products used at Skin Deep Medi Spa. I was pretty nervous going into it not know what to expect. Once I spoke with Rachel about what product she recommended for me and her guarantee that I would LOVE my results, my nerves were put at ease. She used Restylane Silk on my lips and the process was quick and relatively painless. My swelling went down just after 24 hours of the procedure and I love my results! I posted a picture of the before and after on my social media accounts and received an overwhelming amount of positive responses! Everyone wanted to know what I had done and where I went to get it! I have and will continue to recommend Skin Deep Laser Spa to all of my friends and family! Thank you for making my first experience such a positive one!

I recently went to skin deep laser spa to try lip and cheek filler for the first time. I was so so nervous because I have never gotten this service done before. The staff was wonderful. Rachel made me feel so so comfortable. I trusted her immediately after seeing how meticulous she was and how educated she was in all the different products that could be used. You could really tell she was a perfectionist in her craft. The process itself was almost pain free! (The lips stung a little but so worth it) The result immediately was amazing. I would refer everyone to this beautiful spa. I wish I could give 10 stars! I feel like I look 5 years younger!!! I also met the owner Joe and he was a doll. #officiallyaddicted

I started getting laser treatments a little over a year ago and couldn’t be more pleased with my results already! I’ve taken months off of treatments for summer and am only about halfway through and have already seen so much hair reduction. I also get botox and my lips done here and love the results every time! The staff is so helpful and they really make sure that they do everything they can to help you achieve desired results!

I had the most wonderful experience & have received an enormous amount of compliments since my visit with Skin Deep Lazer Spa. My results are better than I could have even hoped for! I recently completed my sixth Laser treatment session for my full back with these folks. I used a groupon and the first time I went there, I was literally chewed up by an angry lady named Maria. She was trying to up-​sell but since this was my first experience with Laser, I wanted to try it out first. Fortunately, she no longer works there and the current employees are very nice. I had two of the best technicians EVER do my treatments-​KASSIE AND JEANNE-​they are AWESOME!!!
They took their time and were very gentle. The results have been absolutely stunning! I lost more than 95% of the hair in the treated region. There is a small portion of my nape that was untreated as it was exposed to the sun-​the contrast between the treated and untreated areas are night and day!
Because Maria told me that do not do male grooming, I had to do that at their competitor across the street-​Premier Laser spa (turns out that’s not true, by the way). The technicians there were rude, obviously hated their work and were rushed and not surprisingly, the results were not as good.
If you are in Cleveland, I recommend Skin Deep Laser spa is the place to go!

Love this place! I’ve struggled with acne break outs since my teens and started going here for their facials/​peels. I began to see great results and even purchased their Skin Medica line to use at home!

Absolutely love this place. Every time I come back home from NYC I always book a peel/​facial to keep my skin looking young and fresh.

Really rude and unprofessional. I had a Brazilian laser package and the older woman with the chin-​length bob who did it not once, but TWICE, missed giant lines of hair. I noticed she did it the first time, obviously because she left giant lines of hair, so the second time I decided to be proactive and politely ask her to go over the spots she missed. She seemed pissed off and angry, and did another crummy job. Take your money elsewhere; not worth it.

I purchased a groupon back in March for a vitalizing peel at Skin Deep Laser Spa and just used it last week and absolutely loved it! Why did I wait so long? Well, I was scared as to how I would look after the peel. Bright red. Blotchy. Scaly. Well, it was none of the above. Jen was wonderful and the staff was very nice. I would defiantly recommend this place to my friends and family. I will be scheduling more peels in the future! My skin looks and feels 100% better than I ever expected. I started getting laser hair removal treatments here back in October and I am glad I did. I have fair skin and very dark hair making me an ideal candidate for laser hair removal, so not everyone will have the same results as me.
Lets start with my legs! Shaving was not an option as it would grow back immediately within hours and leave me with the follicle being so dark and noticeable, annoying! Up until my first laser session, I was waxing my legs, and that too was leaving me with the dark follicle, and it would begin to grow back a few days later (waxing should last at least two weeks). It was also becoming time consuming and also expensive. I finally gave in, stopped waxing, made an appointment and, paid up to start the process.
Treatment: Every 6 – 8 weeks and I just had my second treatment about three weeks ago. All I can say is WOW! After the first treatment, no hair grew back until 2 – 3 weeks after and it came back in patches, and much finer. I probably shaved 2 times in the 8 weeks between the first and second appointment. After my second appointment (three weeks ago) I just shaved a few days ago. Again, it grew back finer and in patches. Some areas don’t even have hair or a follicle anymore!
Pain: It stings, but nothing you can’t handle. The thicker and darker your hair is, the more it hurts but it gets less painful as the hair gets finer with each session.
Around Thanksgiving, they had a deal going on and I could not refuse it, so I also purchased a package for the Brazilian. After having one treatment, the pain for me was really unbearable and I don’t think I could bring myself to having another treatment, so I called and asked if there was anything I could do and the next day Maria, the manager called me and said I could do another area, so I chose my arms and paid the difference. I appreciate her being prompt, professional and courteous. The customer service here is wonderful, and all the girls working, from the front desk to the laser techs, to the doctor, are all so, so pleasant! After one treatment on my arms three weeks ago, no hair has yet resurfaced and I am happy and although I know it’s only been one treatment, I know what results to expect.
Appointments are easy to make and there is something that works for everyone depending on their schedule. If you are wondering about the costs, just know that one wax session is costing you almost the same as one laser session for that area, but instead you are getting the same hair growth over and over again.
This is the best investment I’ve made as far as beauty goes and I highly, highly recommend anyone that is sick of shaving and waxing to start the laser hair removal process! At this spa, they also offer facials, as well as Botox and Juvederm. Skin Deep Laser Spa is the place to go! 5 stars!

Very Disappointing_​_​Twice was called by Skin Deep Laser Spa to Cancel scheduled appointments and the one time I called to Reschedule an appointment Due to Illness I was advised that I would be charged a «$ 25.00 No Show Fee,» even after explaining I was bedridden, it was stressed my account would be charged. Where is the logic here_​_​let alone customer relations and/​or good will? Or is their time more important than the customer? Should Skin Deep Laser Spa be charged a «$ 50.00 No Show Fee,» for the two appointments they Canceled? Needless to say this Business is not recommended and/​or patronized again… Customer Service is the most important component of any business.
