Terribly worn tuxedo, wrinkled and bunched up tie, shirt was in ill repair, they should be embarrassed that they even presented this product for someone to wear. I would have been better off purchasing a $ 100 polyester suit from jcpenney then renting a terrible tuxedo from this company. Save yourself the time and money and go somewhere else. One star is generous. — — — — — — — – Update…Day of the wedding I go to pick up the reordered tux, and the jacket has plastic lining sticking out of the shoulder. I asked them employee is that was normal and she said«oh that’s just the lining». When I got to the church for pictures I noticed that my tux jacket was not the most damaged. 3 of 6 had lining sticking out, and one had a visual stitching repair on the right shoulder. Another groomsman had a visual repair on the front, and a stain on the left hand side of the elbow. This was the most unpleasant experience I could ever have imagined. Luckily we are all really good looking…

Gald we decided not to go with Tuxedo Junction. On 1÷17÷15 I placed a 100% refundable $ 20 deposit to hold«the rate». On 1÷26÷15 my fiancé decided that he was going to go with another tux rental company and I called to get my $ 20 refund back. When I called I was told the manager had to submit the request and he would call me back. Never heard back. Followed up about a week later. Was told by Beth that it would take 2 weeks to get my refund and she would call me back to confirm when I should expect my check. As of today, still no call, no check. I called the home office today and was told they never submitted the request for refund.

Terrible in every possible way. I know this place appears cheap, but do your groomsmen a favor and use somebody else. Strike one: Tuxedo Junction is bad for out of town guests. Yes, they have locations in 15 or so states, but they’re not nearly as ubiquitous as some of their competitors. I didn’t have a store near me, so I had to seek out a tailor to get measured, as per TJ’s instructions. The Tuxedo Junction website is a joke. They say you have to pay a deposit but never prompt you for a payment online. The website asks you which store you want to pick up at, but then they call and tell you that you have to come to this Strongsville store because that’s where the wedding party is setup. Since Strongsville was nowhere near where I was staying for the wedding, I put about 200 miles on my rental car driving back and forth from this place(wasting a ton of time and burning a non-negligible amount of gasoline during the process), even though there was another Tuxedo Junction store just a few miles away. Strike two: You get what you pay for. Tuxedo Junction suits are cheap, not just in price but definitely in quality. Look, I’m by no means a fashion snob, but when I’m going to pay $ 100+ for a suit I’m going to wear for a few hours, I want to get my money’s worth. You won’t here. The vests feel old and worn out, and they don’t give you cuff links or socks as part of the standard tux rental, even though their competitors do. So bring your own, or else you’ll be stuck buying them somewhere else nearby. Final straw: Amateur Hour. At no point in the process did anyone seem to know what they were doing. The tailor who measured me had to write a detailed explanation of my measurements, because she said the Tuxedo Junction website wasn’t clear on what was needed. I got to the store on Thursday to pick up my suit and the coat was too big, vest was too big, and shoes were too big. I had to come back on Friday to try again, this time I didn’t re-try the shirt or shoes because they assured me they had swapped the right size shoes into my bag. The morning of the wedding I discovered that had been a lie. I was walking around the wedding for 9 hours wearing clown shoes a size too big. I’ve never paid so much money to be so uncomfortable. The groom picked this store specifically because he was trying to save his groomsmen some money. I appreciate that; but they quoted him $ 90 and I wound up paying $ 116 and change. That’s not all that much less than the competition, and the small savings absolutely was not worth it.

I had no problems with them. I was in-and-out in no time and they were friendly. That being said; some of the other groomsmen had very long wait times when getting fitted, their final fitting, etc. One of the groomsmen said they did the ‘switcharoo’ on their vest and it was to small. Some of the groomsmen received phone calls that they didn’t return their tux even though they had already taken it back. And here is the best: All the groomsmen show up at the church and we were all given these salmon colored ties. We don’t know, what evs, we’re guys, we never discussed what we were wearing. Just pick it up, put it on, and don’t be late. The bride sees one of the groomsmen and starts calling the other groomsmen… (begin Bridezilla voice) «THETIESARESUPPOSEDTOBEGREY!»(end Bridezilla voice) Tuxedo Junction made right and quickly delivered the correct ties before the wedding began. Nice save!
