Victoria’s Secret

Growing up around the Strongsville area this was the only Victoria Secrets I shop at. It was great when I was young and I was still really impressed with the store when I was back home a few weekends ago. The sales associates were very helpful and polite. The selection was fantastic which is something I always have problems with at VS but they had the sizes and styles I wanted here.
On top of that great service when I was there my sister returned a few days after to return her purchases for different sizes. The sales associates were wonderful helpful to here with finding the correct style and size that she needed. They also noticed that they somehow charged me twice for one of the bras and since I was not there to have it put back on my card they offered to give my sister a gift card for the purchase price. They even told her next that all I had to do was call the store and they would be able to refund the price back to my card. I just felt like the ladies who helped her went above and beyond what is expected of them.
