I’m not sure what happened to piss other customers off, but the experiences I’ve had here have been good! However, I can imagine things getting a little more complicated when you’re shopping for something specific like a TV or a laptop (etc.), so I’ll just share what I noticed walking through the store.
I’ve come here a couple of times, to scope out some TVs for Christmas gifts, to buy new charging cables (Insignia charging cables are the best), etc. Easy things that never really required the assistance of employees.
However, the times I’ve asked someone where to find something, they’ve been able to help me out and take me to the item, so there’s that. The floor and stock is usually organized and clean. As usual, there are tons of staff members on the floor, helping out customers, standing at their stations, etc., so I’m sure if you need help you’ll be able to get it. The guys at the front always greet me and welcome me to the store. One thing I will note is that they usually have the same item scattered around the store in different stands, so if you can’t find for instance, a charging cable, I would ask them if they have any other stands with it, because chances are they do.
Checkout is always easy! There’s usually no line and if there is it goes by quick. The cashiers are always friendly and kind.
Parking is easy to find, since the lot is huge in this particular plaza.

Staff other than management seemed nice, but when I came across a problem with a «brand new» screen protector the manager Greg treated me like shit. He was rude and refused a even exchange, store credit or refund. I would have been satisfied with a exchange or store credit. The protector box had everything but the screen protector that I paid for, I simply didn’t have my receipt. When I asked why he wouldn’t help me at all he replied in a loud rude tone «cause that’s the way it is» in front of my family, other shoppers and staff causing his staff to smirk, he seemed to enjoy this. He clearly is on a power trip. Others reviews are correct about this store and their management! The managers are rude and unwilling to assist at all, instead they walked around with their phones in there hands like zombies and flirt with the female staff members that are under them instead, a recipe for lawsuits is in there future. Had I been told it was simply because I had no receipt I would of accepted that. Trust the 1 star hey have out of 6 reviews they suck, go somewhere else.

I gave this Best Buy three separate shopping attempts. I wanted to buy speakers for my computer and had to deal with rude and unhelpful staff. Purchased at Staples instead. Went to buy a charger for my iPhone and had to deal with rude and unfriendly staff. Decided I would never go there again and purchased at AT&T. Lastly HAD to order an Amibbo there because it was exclusive to Best Buy. It had a crushed box and a giant sticker with my name on it across the plastic packaging. Since this is a collector’s item you keep in the box it was pretty much useless to me. Once again the horrible staff lead by even worse managers didn’t care. They would rather be in an isle playing on their phone.

I have gone to this Bestbuy on 4 separate occasions, all terrible! I have two complaints but one is too long to write out.
I went in looking for an adapter for my wireless router. My boyfriend and I came across two employees and we asked them for help. They both walked us over to them, weird. While I was trying to ask some questions, the one employee starts talking to the other one and starts flirting with her! Really? I tried to butt in but clearly what they were doing was more important. I gave a sarcastic thanks and went to check out. For what ever ungodly reason, the checkout was closed and we had to go to the customer service desk. I get there and there is one person working the desk, and she is with someone who is irate. I look over and by the desk was an employee flirting with two other girls. He clearly works at the desk, but was too pre-​occupied with these little girls who looked way too young for him. Anywho, I finally bought my item and that was the last time I ever set foot in that establishment.

The worst Best Buy ever. It’s the Worst Buy. The manager, I think his name is Keith, is the nastiest of all the nasty Best Buy managers. He should be fired, along with the incompetents he hired to field telephone calls. I had ordered an LG washer, dryer, and a TV and they were on back order. They said they’d have them a month later. On the delivery date, I drove 100 miles (2 hours) to my new house and waited all day for the delivery. I would call every couple of hours but the incompetents at the Stroudsburg Best Buy had no idea where the delivery was and they would put me on hold for 10 minutes until I hung up. Finally at 5PM I drove to the store. There the leering sneering manager told me, ‘Oh didn’t you get our phone message this morning? Your order was delayed and it won’t be delivered today’. I yelled at him, and he told me to leave the store. I cancelled the order, and bought the same stuff at Home Depot, yes they have LG washers and dryers and big screen TVs online. I called the national Best Buy office, told them they lost $ 2500 in business to Home Depot, and that I wouldn’t enter that store again until that manager is fired.

This is why best buy is falling apart… This place is awful. The managers who work there are very helpful and do care about you but when they are away the store will play. Over in the computer area they are BLASTING rap unedited rap music for the entire store to hear. And every employee is just standing around talking about their night out. Only reason I come here is because I love electronics. This is why amazon is winning the war. They need to get their stuff together.
