Edible Arrangements

Very poor of them to send the arrangements for my mothers birthday which was July 3^rd… on July 6^th!!! AND 1 box was supposed to be blueberries and she received pineapple instead. Not good business sense. Shame. 2 stars only because the fruit was fresh & tasty.

They were always gorgeous … the fruit was fresh and delicious!!!

Disgusting Edible Arrangements is, 8pm Valentines Day and finally after calling for four hours and trying to track my order I find it was not sent and won’t be until late, ruined my surprise and the florist in Stroudsburg PA couldn’t care less. Phone rang off the hook or was busy indefinitely, all I got was we will deliver tomorrow. Disgusting how you took my money and did not deliver, 5 blocks away was the house, only to get a frigid attitude from you. I will never order from you again and will tell everyone on FB and Twitter about this horrible experience. I was told at 8pm they still have to make 400 more, and that last year it was the same, I replied saying that if you knew it was going to be that busy why didn’t you hire more people??? Do people really want someone knocking at the door at 11pm with roses or chocolates? Now nothing was delivered for Valentines day, you ruined my day, never never will I use you again. Tried to track order only to be told «we have your arrangement» no delivery, no update, no email… Nothing. Your disgusting edible arrangements.
