Sundari Yoga

I’ve been going to this studio for about a year before having a baby and found it great. For a small town I found the class I was going to vigorous enough for me, while the atmosphere was relaxed and accommodating. A wide variety of classes offered with additional workshops. Hoping to be back in a little while.

I went to 1 class and bought a 5 class card for $ 60. 3 days later I found out that I was going to be adopting a baby the next week. I called Sundari to issue me a credit for $ 45. (I would pay $ 15. for the 1 class I attended b/​c that is their rate) and never heard back from them. When my credit card bill came I discovered I was charged the full $ 60. even though I told them I could no longer take Yoga b/​c I was having a baby in a few days. I proceeded to call them & received several replies in the form of e-​mails. To make a long story short — they said they’d send me a check for $ 45. after a strong e-​mail battle and that was 2 months ago. I haven’t received anything back from them & found the owner who sent me the e-​mails to be extremely unprofessional. I will not be returning there again & caution all who buy the class cards that there are no refunds even for extraordinary circumstances. Plus, I would never send this woman an e-​mail, ever again!!!
