WS Peeney

I have been using WS Peeney since I bought my house over 2 years ago (the previous owner used them) and have been very happy with the customer service.

Just ran out of oil even though I am on a regular schedule for delivery with this company and have been for years. Sometime in November my husband had to call and ask them to come for the first delivery for the season, when they usually come automatically. Now we are out of oil at 11 pm and it is 16 degrees outside and already in the 50’s inside, and the answering service told me they don’t do emergency deliveries. I asked her why they have an answering service, and she told me she doesn’t know and that she doesn’t work for the company, she is independent and then promptly hung up on me. Other companies will not come because we are not an established client, and the answering service lady even agreed with me on that. Horrible company, horrible customer service, stay far away unless you want to freeze to death.
