Like the food. Horrible food service. Bar tender was really good, but the food staff was horrendous. Spilled an entire soft drink in my lap, and I was still charged for it. Definitely a lower scale bar, with higher end prices. Wouldn’t go back.

We were in the neighborhood, my bf knows the owners and he wanted to stop in. The place is big and definitely a local hang out. Don’t expect hipsters or diva’s of the elmwood strip. Just regular town folks enjoying a night out. The waitresses were not your snobby girls. They all looked like they were down to earth and pretty with a touch of bohemian look. The thing is… EVERYone… hostess and waitress greeted u with a smile. The food is normal comfort food. Tasty and satisfying. The fries… they tasted homemade. Something about them reminded me of my grandmothers. The décor was different in each room. Looked like multiple places to enjoy a drink outside. Also saw that they have music too. If your hungry and in this neck of the woods… go there. Good eats!

— Best French onion soup I’ve ever had, or ever will have. — Their specialty Abbot wing sauce is a must-try. — Friendly staff and reasonable prices — Only negative thing I can say about the Flip Side is that their whole subs are way too small(around 7 inches)

We stopped here on our way home from Niagara Falls. We almost left because we had our 1.5 year old with us, but I’m so glad we didn’t. Waitress was awesome and super accommodating. The food was delicious. We ordered ribs(sauce was REALLY good), mac & cheese, beer battered shrimp, and the summer salad. The mac & cheese came with a side salad, so the waitress substituted the summer salad at no charge. Will definitely stop again next time we pass through.

Excellent food! Great atmosphere! Staff is welcoming and very friendly. I highly recommend the Abbott wings. It’s their take on a sweet and spicy(almost bbq like) sauce, an experience to be had for sure. After your meal, be sure to check out the bar and see what craft beers they have available, they change by season but they have a couple Southern Tier Brewing Co. and Pearl Street Brewing Co. on tap almost always!

Went here on a Saturday night, not busy at all. Started with a dozen steamers and 1 order of clams casino. Both were just okay. The steamers were very small! I ordered breaded chicken wings plain with the Abbott sauce on the side and the guys split a double order of regular chicken wings with hot Abbott sauce. Both orders of wings were Super tiny, little baby wings! The breaded wings were nothing special, but the guys wings… Were borderline raw. Service was eh! Basically the 2 stars was for the flavor of the Abbott sauce and the eh service.

I couldn’t wait to come here on my most recent trip home to visit family. The Abbott Sauce they have here is out of this world AMAZING!!! It goes good on chicken wings, chicken fingers, I don’t know what else they put it on… but .yum! They have a great outdoor deck to sit on which is nice when it isn’t too hot. Inside they have a nice dining room area, and seating at the bar. There are a few bowling lanes, a pool table, dart boards, TV, music… an all around great place to spend a Friday or Saturday evening out with friends. The food is priced fairly, and so are the alcoholic beverages. The laid back atmosphere and great food make for a fantastic night out, stop by if you have the chance and have some chicken fingers with Abbott Sauce. You’ll thank me!
