Complete bunch of morons. Should have run the other way when I first saw how filthy the place was. These guys are supposed to be an authorized warranty repair center for Ryobi products. Brought my weed trimmer there for service and was told it was a faulty battery even though 2 other places checked it and said the battery was fine. I guess it was too much trouble to open up the switch component in the handle or remove the motor for inspection because that was not done although I noticed a few stripped screws indicating they may have tried but gave up. After several weeks of them having my weed trimmer, battery and charger in their possession, I started calling them for status. The owner kept telling me he ordered the battery and it should be in day or so. This went on for weeks. When I became suspicious, I called the warranty center myself and found out these idiots ordered the wrong voltage battery even though it clearly states on the weed trimmer the correct voltage. I also found out from the parts distributor that not only did they order the wrong battery but didn’t return the original nor order the correct one for my product which wouldn’t have mattered since the battery wasn’t the problem. Almost 6 weeks later, I went there and demanded my stuff returned which they did without questions asked nor even seeming to give a darn. Way to go guys and thanks for nothing. Ryobi should definitely cut these guys off from servicing any of their products.

Doug and the whole family took care of me, I had a saw that I bought somewhere else and I could not keep it running. They did a few adjustments and now it works perfectly. I am sooo happy that I found a local family run business to have my equipment repaired. Will be back!!!

I had no ill feeling towards this family owned business until this afternoon. Approx. 60 days ago we purchased a used rider mower which came with a 30 day money back guarantee and 90 day warranty. 10 days after the mower was delivered, during our 2nd cut of our yard the belt broke and we called them to fix it. It took 7 days for them to pick it up and 20 days for them to fix it and return it to us. On it’s 3rd mowing, we got half of the yard cut and the belt broke again. Again it took them 5 days to pick up the mower and this time only 8 days to fix and return it. On our fourth mow, it threw the belt 5 minutes into mowing the yard. Not wanting to wait 10 days to mow my lawn, I mounted the belts on the spools. This time after 2 minutes it threw the belt again so we knew it wasn’t a fluke. My wife spoke with the owner who agreed to refund our money, to only have the daughter call back and say they would not be refunding and would only repair. The other frustrating part of this transaction has been their customer service. Not once did they call us accept for the daughter to tell us they weren’t refunding. We had to initiate every phone call to find out if the machine was repaired, and each time it was broken we had to call multiple times before they would come pick it up. I even sent a weed wacker back with them once to get a repair estimate and they never called to tell us how much, my wife called three times before they would give her a price.

Good family business. Very knowledgable and highly skilled. All willing to go the extra mile to help you. They were able to fix my antique riding mower for a fair price. And also accepted my old string trimmer when I traded up to a better one. I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for good work and a good deal.

One word… HORRIBLE!!! I would NEVER suggest this company to anyone! After more than 12 days… the tune-up wasn’t done and the owner was cussing loudly(about me) because I wanted my mower back. Apparently, unless you’re a big customer like the City of Jupiter Island… the owner doesn’t care about, nor does he mind making sure you know, he doesn’t care about the little guy.
