We just bought a home in Palm City & the previous owner had Floors Direct install laminate flooring in the main living area. We liked the look & the workmanship & decided to have the same flooring installed in the 3 carpeted rooms. Contacted Direct Flooring & Stan was very helpful in identifying the flooring & setting up the job. Due to the timing of the closing & the delivery of the furniture; a Saturday install was imperative. Not a problem. The install crew was fantastic. On time, professional, knowledgeable, & knew their stuff inside & out.
Out total experience with Floors Direct could not have been better. We highly recommend them & would not hesitate to use them in the future.

Have used this company twice and have been satisfied both times. About a year ago went in to purchase carpet for a Master bedroom. The salesperson was very helpful explaining the different grades of carpeting and padding. We chose a high quality carpet (you get what you pay for). The carpet was ordered and within a week it came in. A few days later it was installed. Installation went smoothly and efficiently. Just about a month ago we noticed a ripple in the carpet. Called Floors Direct and within a week the carpet installers came and fixed the problem at no charge. Just last week we went back and ordered carpet for two other rooms and it was installed today. Once again everything from purchasing to installing went smoothly. Satisfied repeat customers.

I just called this location and the man who answered the phone was LESS than helpful. Told me he couldn’t look a tile up for me by Brand, SKU or model number. All he wanted to know is where I got my existing tile. When I told him I ordered it online, he told me he couldn’t help me.

BUYER BEWARE! Check out everything about this company before purchasing any products. Review business and industry standards of the product before purchase and obtain, in writing, the business’ guarantee to resolve complaints in a timely manner. Maintain your own timeline of any issues with product purchased, communication with business and their follow through.
As you can tell from the business response, Mr. Bearden will attempt to drag this out to the point that you give up on your complaint. He never addresses the fact that industry standards were not met prior to installation of our floor. In addition, several other statements he makes are incorrect. Before doing business with this company… BUYER BEWARE!
