Scam — the guys that come out only want to sell you more product than their advertisements. They refer to their add as the basic no frills no guarantee carpet cleaning. Let alone the employee that came to house was rude, threatening and unprofessional once he knew I wasn’t purchasing any upgrades on top of the $ 89 advertisement. When I phoned in to speak about problem. The owners resolve was telling me he is a Ginny from NY and the police know who he is when they call him. How do these criminals get involved in all of these home improvement companies? Be careful stick with a large reputable company. Since we had everything off the ground and ready for them to do their job; my wife and I went to Home Depot and rented a cleaner. All of this just to clean a small three bedroom apartment we are staying in for 3 ½ more months.

Recently used their services. Needless to say we will never use them again. The agreed upon price was not honored when the technician arrived to clean the house and angrily argued against it. Was charged 50% more. Not only that, but the price didn’t even include shampoo/​cleaning! Seriously?! Carpet cleaning but no shampoo… should just advertise as «carpet wetting». We were in a pinch and needed it done ASAP, so we ultimately paid it. But never again, and will never recommend this business to a friend. And the result… meh!
