1. Dumpster fire. 2. Angry old man. Arrived at 2 am after a 10 hr drive. Greeted by a grouchy old man who seemed displeased at my arrival. I asked a few simple questions like«where is the gym?» and«what time is breakfast?». His responses were a few muttered and unclear and abrupt words. One word answers. He grew more and more displeased with every question. I got the point and left him alone. 3. Telemundo at 8am. The maids were having a full action packed Spanish talk show directly outside of my room at 8am every morning. They were screaming to holy hell. 4. The hotel is old and needs an update. It was like stepping into a portal 20 years back. It was decent but I changed my reservation the next day to get out there as soon as possible.

No wast your money in this hotel s not the habitual kind of service that Marriot has also is expensive, ugly, older than my expectations, construction building is not pretty good, everything there smell like a humid wood .Font desk guess registration forgot to say welcome specially because we are platinum card Marriot members and is courteous Ito get really good service. Service in the beach was terrible. Options to eat nothing good! ho Staff without we chose this hotel to celebrate my birthday. and really is sad to wast money in this complex

Pleasant staff — everyone was so pleasant… awesome rooms(by the pool), with super comfortable beds. Can only imagine how nice the ocean rooms are. The resort is really spread out, so you take a tram to the beach, which has all the resort facilities right there with you. Forgot the tennis racquets, so didn’t try out the grass courts… Will be back for sure!

What a hassle. The manager of the hotel said he had the room checked, and no evidence of bed bugs was found. Finally, I went to see my doctor and she said they were likely bed bug bites(the 3-bite pattern). I’m on steroids now. I can’t believe this happened to me. I was so naïve. As far as this hotel goes, just don’t stay in room #1458. That’s all I have to say.
