Purchased Ion Tape 2 Go audio cassette-to-MP3 converter via special order through this store. They charged me $ 58(tax included). I later found the exact same item for sale on Ion’s website for $ 25. Walmart sells it for even less. Lesson: overcharging your customers is not a good way to keep your customers. I will not be returning.

Purchased a HDMI converter on a Friday and returned it UNOPENED on Saturday since we had found a cheaper one online. They charged me a 10% restocking fee! OR offered me a full credit for an instore purchase. I said no, since I would not be returning.
