The park has a lot of paved trails to be accessible to those on wheels(e.g., wheelchairs). The unpacked trails are largely sugar sand where much of the length of path is deep sugar sand like being at the beach at high tide. Quite lame for hiking. I would return for biking or rollerblading but not for hiking.

Very nice, paved bike path. South end is 2 miles. North is a little over 4 miles.

There are several miles of trails to wander along in this park. Many of the trails are super sandy, so they’re not great for running, but there is one main paved path that goes from the parking lot down into Hobe Sound. I like this park because it’s never crowded and there’s some beautiful scenery. Also, there’s often lots of Gopher Tortoises wandering around! There’s also a water fountain and maps by the parking lot.
