Simpler Life Cleaning Service

I wish I could place pictures on this review website. Prior to the holidays, I requested a deep cleaning of my house, hoping for a bit of relief. I found myself on the floor, scrubbing stuck– on food that night. The showers had visible mildew on the heads, there were crumbs on the floor, sticky messes on the counters and my sink was not even rinsed. These are minimal expectations. This «75 point checklist» emailed to me prior to their arrival was a load. For all the flair, I have had better, more thorough help from people with no website, or email.
When I and my husband separately attempted to call after realizing the state my house was left in, it took 3 days for a return call. At this point I requested a half refund, and it was refused. Half of my house was not cleaned.
