The owners took over this once struggling store many years ago. At first they were really nice and welcoming. They had many events. The store had a great selection, along with, warming environment. It became a great spot to smoke a cigar and relax. But, has the business grew the owners sureness of there business strategy grew. The environment changed quickly to buy your cigars and get out! Also, price are dramatically higher. The wife thinks that she is the only shop town. I have been to many big cities were the prices should higher be higher, but shockingly hey were even cheaper. Furthermore, the owner dose pay extra attention to customers but to the customers that who she believes are of the wealth and privilege to deserve her time. Unfortunately, the husband is not involved in the business as much as he should be, since, he seems to have the people and business skills not to scare of customers. Cigars shops are friendly and social environments, but this place has deviated from this path greatly. I have not been to the Palm City store and hope it is different. I am writing this review not to say that the owner is a bad person or to slander anyone; the owners are good people and in the past have been successful/smart business persons. I would like this review to be seen as an constructive criticism of the shop its self and not an attack on the owners. The other negative reviews seem to attack the owner. Ann and Thomas are good people and should not be shown in that light. Although, they might have unfortunately has lost sight of what a cigar shop should be and hopefully it will return it to the way it use to be. So, I hope further reviews are more about the shop.

Worst cigar shop ever. Horrible. «good cop — bad cop«ownership. She can’t and won’t welcome regulars and ordering cigars(specifically customer requests) are a chore for her. He(spouses) knows she’s the problem, but has no position in the power play. It’s sad. It’s a great location with no viable inventory or ownership. This place is only known as a place where snowbirds buy impulse overpriced sticks by ownership design. Regulars are banished and discouraged from returning due to a full to empty box ratio of about 50%. Don’t bother asking for your favorite smoke– she ignores you and«knows what sells.» The owners also installed a microphone in the seating area where they eavesdrop in on their customers conversations. Also, there is no hand soap in the only bathroom. It’s been that way for over 6 months despite the fact that the owner works at this location 3 days per week and hangs out there with friends every Friday night. Don’t let them cut your cigar with those hands… A total cluster… Don’t bother. They need to sell and move on. Imagine a shop that bans social interaction and all Sunday NFL games for(former) regulars. Visit Coffmans instead.

I love this place. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and most importantly knowledgeable which is very important in a cigar shop. They have a great selection of cigars so you never run out of choices. The cigars they stock really run a full gamut so tell them your preferences, your budget, and ask for some advice. They have these awesome leather chairs, some magazines for you to look at and a big screen television. You feel like your in heaven when you kick back in those chairs and smoke one of their cigars. Also take your cigar to go and walk down by the docks. It is beautiful down there. For those of you looking for a gift they also have a large selection of cigar related accessories such as humidors, cutters, ashtrays, and lighters. Check this place out next time your in Stuart, you wont be disappointed.
