This may be the dirtiest Starbucks I’ve ever been in. It needs a thorough scrub from top to bottom. And probably a remodel — it looks pretty scruffy compared to the newly remodeled ones (or new ones!) around here.
On top of that, the person wrote my order wrong, so I ended up with the wrong drink.
But! The lovely barista who fixed my drink also upgraded me from a tall to a grande, even though she was not responsible for the screw up. That goes a long way toward my happiness!

Do not go in the morning because the drive-​thru line ensures that you will be sitting there for at least 20 minutes waiting to get your coffee. I’ve actually called Starbucks headquarters and still no improvement (and trust, I’m not a person who complains easily). I tried to go this morning just on a whim (shoulda known better) and ended up having to pull out of line to get to work because I had been sitting there for 10 minutes and not a single car had moved forward.
I give it 2 stars because the coffee and other drinks are perfectly fine. It’s the service that loses all the stars.

Staff can be friendly
Cons:
Don’t go in the morning it becomes overwhelming for staff.
Order before Starbucks app seems to always be broken. Might as well stand in the line it’s much faster.
They talk about customers out loud. Rude.
Expensive.

I love this Starbucks, being that there are none down off of Martin Downs this is my favorite one. Everyone here is friendly and knowledgeable and are super understanding if you aren’t sure what you want.
While it’s a bit small and bare, don’t let that deter you. The service is excellent and they’re super fast, I’ve never waited more than five minutes for my coffee which is awesome when you’re on the go. I appreciate the good and fast service from this location and doesn’t need much in terms of size and decoration.
The only sad thing about this place is the parking situation which sucks because it’s so tiny, and cramped. But they can’t help that, so stick to the good fast service and I’ll keep coming back here every time I’m in town.

Love the coffee BUT
cannot stand the loud music — makes it impossible to have a conversation with friends or even be able to read.
they frequently mess up the drinks I order — either the size or what coffee.
the staff spends quite a bit of time chatting among themselves or with their «friends»
I used to go every day but they have finally driven me away.
I won’t be back.

I visit this Starbucks fairly regularly and the service is always quick and friendly.
The staff are always smiling and the coffee is definitely up to the usual excellent standard.
Good job team members of this branch.

Seriously the slowest and most ridiculous Starbucks around. I lived in Seattle and have been to Sbux all around the country and even abroad. This one by far is consistently staffed with the worst customer service representatives I’ve ever encountered. If they aren’t chatting with their friends, they’re trying to chat with you instead of just hurrying up and making your drink. Average drive thru time is always almost 10 min. The management staff needs to get their heads together and revamp the design of this store to better fit the needs OR they need to add another location close by (like Palm City!!) to alleviate some of the issues here. Once that is done and they fire the alien like people that would be going backwards if they were any slower, we’ll finally have ourselves a decent Starbucks!
Oh– and I wrote this review while sitting in the drive thru!

Seems like there is a new manager and crew on board. They are superbly friendly and kind handing out assorted samples to their frequent and first time visitors. They even love little dogs on their property, maybe hoping to bring in more furry four-​legged cuties.
I still wish they would change their hours of operation to a 24⁄7 location or if that can’t be possible, maybe at least close til midnight because 9 P.M. and 10 P.M. are way too early to close, especially for a Starbucks when it is located at a great spot in Stuart too!
