One of my favorite sushi spots in the area! The menu is super extensive and has something for everyone, even if you’re not particularly a sushi fan. One of my favorites is the chicken tom kha, a Thai coconut milk based soup that is to die for! This is a great place for date nights and family dinners alike (the fish tanks and bento boxes provide plenty of entertainment for the kids). The prices are very reasonable and the waitstaff is kind and attentive. I’ve never had a bad experience here!

This is the best sushi that I’ve had in the US, hands down… When sitting at the sushi bar, I could almost pretend that I was back in Osaka, if only the chef was Japanese instead of Chinese!
When sitting at the bar, he gives you a starter of a pickled fish «salad», with bits of fish, cucumber and onion. The sushi is beautifully made, with thin, delicate slices of fresh fish. The rolls are tight; no rice falling out all over the place here!
If you are in the area, I highly recommend Sushi Yama Siam.

Great sushi, awesome atmosphere, lovely staff. Will be back soon. I always order the JB tempura roll and the California rolls. Their sushi tastes great and the price is way cheaper then the other sushi-​Thai restaurants around the area. My husband get the the honeymoon roll, can you say delicious. We come here for our date nights and will be back.

A very solid choice!
We eat here semi regularly and it’s been consistently very good. Staff is pleasant and choices abound. This is a fun place and intimate as well– really a gem for our immediate area. I have no doubts recommending them.

The service here is good, prompt, and attentive. I had the Pad Khee Mow, with tofu and a house salad which was simply ok. The salad is the typical house salad with ginger dressing. I wanted the Pad Khee Mow spicy, and it was, with fresh, crisp veggies. The noodles however were the usual clumpy noodles that lack flavor or texture. The tofu was well cooked, you get a choice of fried or steamed which was nice, I chose fried. The sauce on the Pad Khee Mow was meh. Not terrible, just really lacking the flavor I’m looking for.
Hot wife had house salad, avocado, and cucumber rolls. She liked them, I tried the cucumber roll, and the rice seemed a bit dry.
Lunch is a good deal with lots of options of both Thai and Japanese cuisine. Good value and presentation, but the search for really good Pad Khee Mow around us continues.

I did not like the dressing. Tastes like its Sysco ordered in. People aren’t friendly. Hostess is very rude to customers and staff. Show is the same as any other at the tables. Meat is not the best quality. Seemed old, like the order in bulk and freeze. Sushi is OK, much better at place in down town Stuart or by Denny’s. The place does look really nice inside, but the décor is the best part. If you want to enjoy your visit, hang out in the lobby till your bored and leave.
If your going to spend the time and money, go to Benihana. They are happy to see you, friendly, consistent, have great sushi and awesome happy hour specials at downstairs lounge. They are always busy, that says a lot.

This place has the best sushi in Stuart. I judge a place based on sashimi… And the sashimi is amazing! Rolls are also very tasty

First time here and the food was actually really really good, service was fast and friendly.
The plaza seems to be going through a remodel so you may miss it if you are driving by it. There is also construction going on, so just don’t be too turned off by that because it is worth it.
The interior is a little dark for the daytime but it works, I’m sure at night this place looks good, while I’d suggest for it dates because the booths are pretty private in that regard. But it is painfully tiny, so just a warning about that. Aside from that, this place is good.
Sushi is good, it’s fresh and well made. My Tempura JB was steaming hot when it got to the table so it hadn’t been sitting too long to get to me which is appreciated. My boyfriend got the kaleidoscope roll, which was amazingly fresh and it was generously sized which was packed with lots of fish. So for sure suggesting those. The menu is diverse and has an amazing sushi selection, I can’t comment about the Thai since I don’t eat it but it had some decent looking suggestions in there.
So if you want fresh sushi, good service and fast service this is the place. I can’t comment about dinner service but the lunch service was really good.

Sushi Yama Siam has become my favorite local restaurant. The atmosphere is warm and cozy and the food is wonderful. While I’ve had and enjoyed sushi and other Japanese dishes, my favorite thing to order is from the Thai menu.
Highlights are the Tom Yum soup, Basil Fried Rice and Masaman Curry. On the Japanese side, they excel with Chicken Katsu and their ginger dressing is one of the best.
On top of all this they have a couple of the prettiest aquariums in town! Very relaxing.
