I cannot give an accurate review of the actual Customer Experience at Tootsies because in the dozens of times that I have been in this location I have yet to be acknowledged or greeted. I have gone in with the intent to purchase shoes and to try to get a pedicure and either time I have not been greeted or asked if I need assistance with anything. I have more than enough money to spend in that store; however, they look at me as though I do not have the status to be in that store. I have given my last chance to Tootsies, I will no longer visit that store.

I can’t give a review because although I have been in Tootsie’s 3 different times, I have never managed to get anyone to assist me while I was there. Lots of shoes, poor service. Seem snobby. Just my opinion.

Tootsies is great! Fabulous pedicures and it’s a really cute environment. They have a fabulous selection of shoes in a variety of price ranges. Definitely LOVE Tootsies!

Love Tootsies! They do pedicures and sell great shoes and accessories. The owner has impeccable taste, and carries brands from Hunter boots to Lily Pulitzer, Steve Madden, to BCBG and Pelle Moda. Also sell Hanky Pankies– hallelujah. Great selection.
