After getting my windows tinted my only question was, why did I wait so long? The tinting cut down on the heat and the glare. The installer did a great job and I am going to tint my house windows next.

If you are going to get your car tinted make sure to do a little research on the brand and model of film of your choice. Make sure you receive the proper warranty card after install. The older men installer at this place is EXTREMELY rude and VERYAGGRESSIVE when working on your vehicle. Slamming doors and scratching windows, Ect… Just be careful with who you leave your car with to work on.

None of the windows in my car were tinted so after burning up in my car for a long time, I decided to get it tinted. I took it over to Tropic Tint and in less than two hours, all windows were tinted and a visor was applied to the windshield. They use 3M window tint which is top of the line. The service was great, the technicians were very skilled and detail oriented, and Taylor at the front was very sweet. The waiting room has a window where you can watch the techs working on your car which I thought was cool. My windows look great, flawless, and it was all done in no time! Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone. Very pleased. And much cooler now!

I contacted this place to tint one of my office windows. They scheduled an appointment for a sales rep to come take a look. He showed up 3 hours early, while I was at lunch leaving my boss who had no knowledge of what was going on to deal with it. When he left, he said someone from the office would contact me to make an appointment to do the actual work on Tuesday, July 28th. Nobody called. I contacted the office and asked what time someone would be by and they stated we were scheduled for 3pm. 4pm rolls by and I get a phone call from the technician telling me he was running late(obviously) and wouldn’t be able to make it until 4:30. I was nice about it and asked him to cancel for the evening and we would reschedule because my guys leave at 4:30. He said that’s no problem, the office will call you in the morning. I left my office and I get a phone call from one of my employees at 4:30 that there was a guy there to tint the windows. I told him no, he needs to reschedule and I told my employee to go home. A few minutes later he calls back saying that this guy is complaining about not coming back the next day because its his day off to be with his son. I got on the phone with the technician and asked him if he was the same guy that called me a half hour prior and I asked to reschedule? He said he was and I said then what are you doing there? He said that he was supposed to be off the following day and I said I didn’t care. I asked him not to come this evening and I was not going to pay my staff overtime to be conducive to his schedule. He said FINE! And hung up the phone. I contacted the main office and said just cancel the order. This has been an issue from the get go. The communication the customers receive is lacking. She didn’t hesitate just to lose the business. She didn’t even try to make it right. She said okay, sorry about that and that was it. The following morning, some seedy guy in a beat down van with blacked out windows comes up to the door. guess who it is? The technician. He left his metal clipboard here with ALL his documents in it. All previous orders for the day, including his customers private information. yes, I totally looked inside to see what this idiot left behind. So to end this, let me just say, if you want no communication, rude, seedy technicians, and a chance for your personal information to be left with anyone please call this company. If you think this sounds as shady as I do, you’ll heed my warning. Stay away from Tropic Tint!
