I love this studio. The instructors are amazing & it’s such a friendly place. I will definitely recommend it!

This place deserves a big shout out as the best place to do Zumba in South Florida, hands down. It’s where I took my first confused tentative and awkward steps in a class during a brief stay in the area while my husband and I were getting boat work done before taking it back down to Miami. I’ve since learned through trial and error that not all Zumba classes or instructors are created equal and I got spoiled here. For one, the classes are very affordable($ 35 unlimited for a month!), they’re available 6 days a week and the people that work and teach there are very friendly and want to make sure everyone is having a good time and *safely*. One of the first things they did when I came in was ask to see the bottom of my shoes to make sure they didn’t have too much tread to get caught on the floor. I didn’t realize how critical this is until I wore running shoes with lots of tread to a class in Miami and severely injured my knee. Ouch! Teri also keeps a multitude of sizes and styles of dance sneakers in stock at a reasonable price. Had I known then what I know now… Anyway, enough about my orthopedic bills, you won’t have to worry about them taking classes here. While the steps are highly choreographed and very high energy, you won’t do a huge amount of leaping or jumping so your risk of injury is very low while your ability to have fun and burn calories is very high! Even though I didn’t have a clue what I was doing at first or second, or third time around, I caught the energy, the lights, the music, and the wide variety of people there of all shapes, sizes, and ages. Women old enough to be my grandmother were dancing circles around me! The place was packed, I wound up coming back a few more times while we were in town and wouldn’t hesitate to drop in again. And again. And again. I left each time with a smile on my face, dripping with sweat and feeling like I’d just run a marathon — in a good way. So far I’ve not found a place in Miami yet with the same friendly vibe, great workout or that unnameable energy that made a tired woman trying to lose some postpartum baby weight smile and stay in a good mood for hours after. When you read about Zumba being a big fun workout dance party, this place is doing it right.
