Same food as other places. Great service. Never had an issue here. It can get a bit packed, as it is on Ventura and near many other great establishments. The parking lot is in the back and it’s HUGE! It’s shared with many other places and you can always find parking.

I think they ran out of salt the day I went. The food was terrible. I thought chipotles were all supposed to be the same. The tables were so sticky I made a table cloth with napkins. Just seemed gross.

This place is horrible! It’s one of the stores that have the virus!!! DON’T NOTEATHERE!!! I went in to this place yesterday With my girlfriend thinking it was gonna be nice and have a great dinner turned out to be shit. The staff made everything awkward, the people in the back talking to the people in the front distracting them. One of the manager I’m guessing looked like she was bulling a worker. Once we ordered and went to go sit; it was hard eating something that tasted nasty and I’m sure the manager Knows but does nothing about it.

Assembly line style service behind the counter is in dire need of trainjng. Young kids barking at customers reminiscent of county jail circa 88′

I go to this place a lot. Several times a week and I find that they have really good customer service and the food is always fresh. Parking is always easy and never takes too much time to stay in the line.

I hadn’t been to Chipotle before, visited this branch first. Asked for double chicken and single steak bowl with guacamole and was charged $ 20.50 for it which I thought was very expensive even with extras. Went to a different branch a few days later and ordered the exact same thing and was only charged $ 12.50! Not too impressed with the big over charge and obvious pricing mistake :-(

I ordered a sofritas burrito with guacamole with my boyfriend and ended up with rock hard pebbles after finding 4 I gave up and told the cashier she called her manager and just wanted to refund me 2 dollars… Like seriously I pay 10 bucks for a burrito I had two bites of … Thanks

This particular Chipotle is insanely busy and they do a GREAT job of keeping the line moving. You’ll notice the line when you walk in but you’ll get through it, quicker than you think.(Dinner is less busy than lunchtime.) They do well at «stationing» so one person is in charge of tortillas and meat and another does beans and lettuce, the next person does cheese and salsas etc. Finally they have the person who wraps it and grabs your drink and then there’s someone on the cash register. In this kind of food prep, a well-oiled people-machine like this is key. If I worked here, there would legit be a Lucy and Ethel at the chocolate factory situation with me shoving Sofritas in my mouth when nobody was looking. So be thankful I don’t work here because it wouldn’t be pretty and we’ll get to the Sofritas in a minute. The staff is always upbeat and friendly, and for a place with such massive turnover they keep it remarkably clean. As a vegan I am over the moon about the Sofritas. It’s soy-based and it’s literally as close to carnitas as you’re going to get.(Think a spiced tofu scramble inside a burrito.) Chipotle was the first chain to give vegetarians something that was not just veggies and they knew it was good so they promoted the hell out of it, kept it on the menu and put there money where their mouth was. They were right. Everything they do is fresh. Lettuce is crisp, tomatoes are great and as a vegan you have these 6 options: 1. Sofritas 2. Beans(pinto or black) 3. Rice(white or brown) 4. Fajita vegetables(made with green peppers, red onions, salt, oregano, and rice bran oil) 5. Guacamole(«We know it costs extra») 6. Chips and salsa As a meat-eater, you can just have a field day with the entire menu but TRY the Sofritas. Why not? Live a little(longer). ;)

We have ordered from here several times. We always order ahead and even when we do we end up waiting 20 mins for them to make our food. The last toke we came in they took forever with order even though we ordered way ahead of time. When we got our food it was cold. The chips weren’t cooked properly and we couldn’t eat them. My family was disappointed. We haven’t had this issue with other locations.

We came in to pick up dinner and we both were so excited after a great workout to get our grub on that the GM just randomly bought our meal for us we insisted on paying and she said she love our enthusiasm so much that dinner was on them tonight! Well okay then! It made it even better(if that’s even possible) the food as always was amazing and she just said… Pay it Forward! We can do that! Thanks Chipotle!!!

Ok I love Chipotle as much as it kills me to say it. I work down the street so I usually come to eat here once a week and I always look forward to it. Some of the girls pretty much know me and they’re genuinely sweet, they strike up a convo and it adds to the indulgence. Then, there are others that are also familiar faces but could care less that they are on the clock. Super rude cashiers mostly, they think they’re entitled to be rude to you because they prob have a higher position than people working the line. The food is always good, never disappoints. I have yet to try a quesarito, I will soon attempt to go out of my comfort zone which in this case is a bowl. Yup got a long way to go. The place is usually clean for the most part, it takes them a while to get around the whole place but it gets there when it gets there I guess. Can’t ask too much out of a Chipotle anyway.

Listen we LOVE chipotle and have tried infinite locations all over Los Angeles but I must say this one which is closest to my home in Studio City is the worst:( We end up going here at least once a week just because of the location convenience but unfortunately every single time the employees underwhelm at every opportunity. There is no smile no greeting only sad crabby faces make you feel like telling them go home already… really stingy with portions & throw the food onto your bowl like they’re doing you a favor and God forbid if you ask for anything extra you ain’t getting it buddy & to top it off they are really rude to kids! I keep hoping they will spruce up the service or change management but till date it hasn’t happened … 5 stars strictly for the food and concept /0 stars for service

Plenty of parking. Friendly staff who great you when you walk in. Lots of seating. Choice of white or brown rice. My steak burrito is huge, I will have half today, and half for tomorrows lunch. Its a little bit to spicy for me, even though I got the salsa on the side. Also they charge you extra for chips. But all in all, the quality and quantity of food are both great.

We usually enjoy our visits to Chipotle. Today was definitely an exception. I decided to try the steak in my bowl and it could not have been chewier. I was able to enjoy maybe a quarter of the meat as I had to spit out the rest. That was not acceptable from a place that prides itself on quality. Besides that, everything was lacking salt! The salsas, the guacamole, the black beans, the meat. I will not be going back to this location or getting the steak again.

Of the valley Chipotles, this is my go-to. Though I pine for the days when this was a Koo Koo Roo and a Color Me Mine(vintage Valley folks, where ya at?), I’m happy this has turned into a Chipotle. The staff is always friendly, it’s super spacious in here and even when there’s a line it whips through really quick. I’ve never had any issues with food here, and since there’s a ton of parking it’s an easy lunch location during the workday or a nice diversion from Ventura Blvd.

This is my go to lunch spot! Obviously the food is always fresh and not once have I had a problem with it. Always delicious! There is plenty of seating inside and outside, much larger than your average chipotle. Plenty of parking in the back of the building. I love this place and will continue bringing family and friends to enjoy this tasty spot!

Is this place a restaurant or fast food? Does it matter? Not to me! The food is delicious and it’s probably one of the healthier burrito options out there. I love coming here because Chipotle has a countless number of ways to hook up your burrito or bowl. Whatever I have ordered has been to my specifications. I’m yet to be disappointed. The staff generally have a great attitude while building my burrito my creations. In fact while I’m eating my food and writing this review, an upset customer was yapping about something. The cashier called over the person in charge. I think I heard her name was Brigette. She handled the situation beautifully and the customer seemed content with the conversation he had with Brigette. Anywho, this is a great, clean, affordable place to grub and even just chill after you eat. Kudos to this establishment here in Studio City.

Pretty nice and spacious Chipotle! Came here for the first time to get a quick dinner and I was surprised at how different the interior looked. Super high ceilings, very bright and welcoming. Seemed much more modern than most Chipotles. Has tons of tables and outdoor seating as well. There’s a huge lot to park in behind the building, and it’s free! However, have fun trying to make an unprotected left into the lot if you’re on Ventura. I think I sat there for a good 5 minutes waiting for the cars to pass so I could turn. A lot of people wrote that this location is really busy at certain times of the day. I came here on a Tuesday evening and it was pretty empty. Maybe 3 – 4 people in front of me but the place definitely wasn’t swarming.
