I had a really great experience at Daas. They had a great collection of frames and lenses– and the store has a very nice enviornment too. i ended up getting a pair of Alexander Daas sunglasses and i LOVE them. Theyre so comfortable and wear well with a sporty look or dressed up. I have literally brought these glasses around the world with me and they have been perfect in every setting. Thank you!

I was out of town and happened to come across DAAS Optique store in Studio city, where I got a pair of Alexander Daas sunglasses. One of the employees spent one on one time with me helping me pick out the perfect frame. Not only were they able to help style me, but they also got my prescription filled. It was a great experience with a great selection.

DAAS Optique has a cozy and warm atmosphere. It makes trying on multiple frames on fun and easy. There is no pressure to purchase anything, unlike some other Sunglass«huts». The thing that first drew me to the Daas Optique was the huge pair of spectacles outside of the store… It really is a spectacle! I ventured inside and saw that this boutique is more than just a regular sunglasses store. They specialize in brands that are rare and exceptional different than just the run of the mill sunglasses shops. I really liked that the employees wanted to make me look good. They didn’t mind that it took me several visits until I actually made a purchase! I ended up choosing frames that were actually made by Alexander DAAS himself. I even had the ability to choose which kind of lenses were put into the glasses and went with the polarized ones. I cannot wait until I need another pair of shades so that I can come back to the Daas Optique for more!

Bad Bad Experience. Purchased Alexander Daas glasses left marks on my nose. Replacement glasses with the nose pads looked lousy. Would have love to get an alternative, but their selection and variety of frames was just not satisfactory to find anything suiting. However — store refused to refund. First they gave me a full Store credit. What did they expect me to do with store credit if they don’t have anything I actually like? When asked for full refund — they want to charge 15% restocking. Not clear what the restocking would be for — for the glasses that eventually would leave permanent damage marks on my skin?
