I used New and Old for a Termite Inspection and to fix some repairs that was called out from an appraisal inspection. As a Realtor I need a reliable company that is prompt and professional and that I know will get the job done correctly, because any mistake can delay the process of a sale. They did an outstanding job, I will definitely be using them again for all or most of the jobs I need done. Two thumbs up, that I even took the time to give them a review!

These guys are great i had a real emergency thanksgiving night. My whole kitchen flooded, I guess you can say thanks to the kids on that one. I called a few services with no response, i called the guys at New & Old they came right out; they where there with in an hour. Spent almost 4 hours at our house repairing and cleaning up the mess. Not only did they do a fantastic job they left the house cleaner than it once was. These guys are great i would reccomend them for any home service need you may have.
