I come to this location once or twice a week. They used to always mess up on my order, to the point I’ve always had to send it back, but it’s gotten a lot better. This location has an issue with people hanging out to use the internet and not ordering anything. Don’t opt for the patio until they get rid of the freeloaders. There’s a lady that sits outside, doesn’t order anything, and throws bread over by people so the birds hang out by their table.

The Chicken Tortellini was beyond salty! After a few bites, I couldn’t eat anymore. A huge waste of $ 10. The tomato soup though, was delicious. Way better than the one I last had at the northridge location.

This location’s saving grace is its manager Niv. I hope to one day see him somewhere else representing a better business or location. I live near a Panera(NoHo) and it is always a good experience with great food. This one was the complete opposite. To begin with, the cashier was totally rude and maintained a conversation with the cashier next to her the entire time only speaking to me to tell me what I owe. So unprofessional. On top of that, it took me getting up after 15 mins to ask where my food was to get fed. Mind you I was seated in plain sight(not in the bathroom or anything). They served me a cold soup and half sandwich with the longest hair in mixed in with the chicken. I know for a fact it wasn’t mine because it was longer than the length of my own hair. Niv did his best to try to make it right and remained composed and apologetic. Unfortunately, that will not be enough to ever bring me back to this location.

I’ve been coming to Panera for many years and their soups and sandwiches are plenty fine. But they have something new going on that is absolutely obnoxious. I was there today and a homeless guy was sitting in their front area with all of his belongings sitting on the carpet. Literally smelling up the entire restaurant. The scent was a combination of urine and strong body odor. He proceeded to walk to the bathroom and back and each time he did so he left a trail of his hideous scent for all of us to so soak in. I got a hold of the manager, Michael, who said that he was a paying customer and there was nothing he could do. Turns out one of the waitresses said he had purchased an item early in the morning and it was already 3 o’clock by the time all this happened. I proceeded to let him know that I have never been in a restaurant that didn’t have a sign posted that said«we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone» That is just standard bill of fare. So Michael went on to say it wasn’t very Christian like to refuse somebody service. He further went on to say that next time if I didn’t like the appearance of somebody to please let him know and he would move me. I let him know in no uncertain terms I could care less about somebody’s appearance. I very much care about their smell. When their smell permeates the restaurant to the degree creates conversation amongst total strangers and they’re busy protecting the one patron while the other people in the restaurant suffer then their judgement is so out of line with reality there are no words to even continue describing it. Other people in the restaurant were complaining and shaking their heads that they were allowing this. So unless they change their policy is real soon be prepared.

I love the food, but the workers here from the managers to the busboys/girls are just completely rude and incompetent. Everytime I come to this location, the busgirl SLAMS my tray on the table, and rudely says«welcome.» Also I think there’s a new management team and they do not know anything, every customer in line in front of me were frustrated with this. One person simply asked, «what’s in the special sauce» and the manager just went«I don’t know.» And she asked if they had a list of ingredients in each item and he just shut her down with«no.» I wish the management team knew their product better.

This location was comparable to other Paneras in terms of food quality and location. The staff was a bit light when I went there on a Saturday night, but I guess based on their clientele and breakfast/lunch nature that was to be expected. The bread baskets were bare behind the counter though, and the original bread my sandwich came with was not available. The selection of desserts was also lacking. I think they could have used more inventory in an area which I consider heavily trafficked at all times of the day. The sandwich was a bit sloppily constructed, but the Mac and Cheese was on point.

I’m trying to figure out the business model of this location. As I sit here eating lunch, one table is taken over by three ladies playing Mah Jong; another table they have papers spread out for job applications and at a third table a girl is doing homework. A homeless man is napping next to his luggage at another table. People allegedly come here to sit and eat after purchasing food. Why are so many activities unrelated to dining going on here?

I almost didn’t post this review because I don’t want the place to get over-crowded like the one in North Hollywood has, but screw it. They deserve it. First of all, there’s FREEPARKING. Lots and lots of it. The staff has been incredibly friendly and they’ve always done a good job with my order. The food is really good and they have a lot of healthy selections. I feel like the prices are a tad high, but I’m just like that. I think everything should cost the same as it did 10 years ago. I love that there are free refills. I’m a caffeine addict and this works out great for me. Endless ice tea. They also have free wifi, and an awesome outdoor seating area. The only slight negative is sometimes(not as much recently) thing could get cleaned a little faster, but considering I’ve hanging out SOO long, I really shouldn’t complain. They’re so nice here. KEEPUPTHEGOODWORK!

So I went in to redeem my birthday pastry, as I wanted to pick it out there was a fly on the pastries so I didn’t want it anymore. The girl just said oh okay. Did not apologize or try to refund my gift. Disappointing because I had purchased a gift card to give away to my BF, even though I know it can be spent at another location I walked away regretting my purchase wishing I would of just gone to coffee bean. :(

I actually frequent Panera Bread often but usually for Ice Tea or coffee. As far as there food its pretty bland and plain. Everytime I come here I try something out hoping it’ll be better than the last. But nope I haven’t found a meal here I like. I do love there Ice Teas. It’s self serve and they usually have 3 different teas where you can mix it up for some flavor. There coffees are pretty bomb too and usually pretty fresh. Most of time this place is a bit dirty and usually has lots of tables that haven’t been cleaned yet. There’s plenty of free parking in the back.

I’ve been coming to this location for a while. The food is standard for Panera Bread. The service here is great. The food is fresh. I like most of the sandwiches and the Greek salad. The ice tea is also very nice and you can mix different flavor teas since it’s self served. This location also have lost of parking available which is a plus. I’ll definitely keep coming back.

Love the food. This is our lunch stop on the way back home from our visit to the doctor. However, I’m downgrading my recommendation due to the fact that out of the four registers only two them support Apple Pay. The point of fact I recommend Panera’s bakery because of their support of Apple Pay only to find two unsupported registers in operation nearly every time we come to visit frustrating. Love the food, hate being frozen out of my use of technology to securely pay for my meal. Companies that collect credit card information and are at risk… like Target was not so long ago… of being hacked. I was asked if I have a Panera card. That won’t happen until they use the technology they claim to support.

Met a friend here for lunch the other day and there were a lot of tables n seating. Basically you order at the counter and take a number to your seat and the server will deliver your food. Well, I had the soba noodle soup with chicken and I must say… Never tasted anything so bland n mediocre. And way overpriced for such blah quality. At least the blended caramel coffee was yummy.

Panera on Ventura Blvd has become my favorite spot on my way to and back from the Council Thrift store! The place is spacious, cozy, smells terrific(with all the baking going on!). and their Souffles are simply to die for! My all time fav is the Spinach-Bacon one! I swear, one bite and you’re sold for life! Truly, there is nothing not to like about this place!

So, I come from St. Louis, MO where Panera was created. It’s actually called the St. Louis Bread Co. there. It is so good. This is not good :( I wish it was the same, but it’s not. Boring, overpriced deli food. I wasn’t looking for anything fancy or to blow my mind, just didn’t feel like making dinner. I just paid $ 10.00 for a bowl of Ramen soup, pretty much. Bummer. Just go next door to the counter, you might spend a few dollars more, but you will be totally happy.

I’ve stopped in a few times and have always received friendly service, and a quality product. I don’t know what it is about this place that just isn’t quite comfortable. Maybe I’m expecting more of a restaurant feel but I like the food and service. The beverage station is a definite advantage in the time department. Sometimes it’s easier(and faster) to run in here for coffee and a decent snack before work than it is Starbucks. I dig it but not my favorite place… for no good reason. Lol

Ordered the chicken almond sandwich on wheat and since tea. Then tried to find a clean table to sit. Employee going around picking up fuses from the table but no effort was made to wipe off the tables. I finally sit sit arcs table and take a sip of my ice tea. Yuck! It is a green tea mix with tons of sugar. I got back to the cashier. «Well that’s our iced green tea.» He tells me. I say can I just switch it out for a different tea. I got the self serve black tea which is real brewed tea. But there are no lids in the right size. Never mind. I go back to looking for a table which is clean but end up moving dishes myself. If you want something to eat quickly this place is okay. Just make sure you get a real tea and not a sugary mix.
