From the moment you drive into the parking structure, this is a class A experience. First of all, they VALIDATE! YES YOU READ THIS RIGHT… VALIDATE! They also have designated front parking spots for their suite.
Building first impression is clean and well maintained. Third floor suite you walk into a large waiting room with a huge, well maintained fish tank and large screen tv, and are greeted by a friendly face upon check-​in.
Wait time has always been under 15 minutes except for once when there was an emergency, and the staff was very upfront and apologetic about the delay.
When my name is called I’m whisked to the back where I’m given a gown and instructions. The nursing staff is super friendly and goes over all your medical history, medications and allergies. They triple check your wrist band for accuracy and correct patient.
They do ask they can to make you comfortable, which includes warm blankets off your cold. The staff is detail orientated and explains your procedure in layman’s terms and we’ll go over anything you have questions about.
The facility is clean and well maintained. They are thorough and knowledgeable and I feel safe.
I’ve had weekly procedures done here, and everything is consistent. I continue to enjoy the company and small talk with the staff and doctors. And although Dr Isenelumeh had relocated to Florida, I live his new referral replacement, Dr Telusca.
Debbie and Sandy are great after care RN’s and make you comfortable after the procedure and offer a beverage and cookies (to help with those fasting pangs after procedures). One last vitals reading, you get dressed, sign after care paperwork, asked if you feel well and then they escort you too the front desk to get your parking ticket validated and away you go.
Really an overall great experience! Highly highly recommend!

I had a recent medical emergency and was referred to Starpoint Health for a medical procedure. I cannot give enough praise for the entire staff. I was treated with compassion and comfort. I was very nervous. Somehow, the nurses managed to put my mind at ease with their empathy. I received great news, and now have a clean bill of health.
