I haven’t worked out since High school… thats about 10 years. The Transition into this did need some getting used to but Tamar is extremely patient and understanding of your needs/ability. I did this bootcamp for about 3 weeks and I have seen improvement on my cardio, body and motivation. She is great and the people in the classes are great. The location is outdoors and it really makes a difference. Its so much better than working out inside… the air is so refreshing and the park is really cute. We once saw a flash mob practicing while we were working out. DON“T BESHY… try it out ASAP

Was looking for a boot camp to help me get fit for my wedding and was so glad I found this place! I first called to see what the schedule was like and I spoke with Tamar, who is the trainer. She was very helpful and informed me that the beginning of every month she does a «fit» test. So instead of starting mid-month, I waited until the 1st of the month. The«fit» test she does goes through about 10 – 12 exercises. Each exercise you do as best you can for 1 minute. She then notes how many reps you can do for each exercise. That is your number that you try to beat the next month. Very motivating! I went 2 – 3 times a week for a month and I loved the way my body toned up. I was definitely stronger and a little leaner, of course I also ate the right things. But I felt better and looked better. I knew I progressed since at the end of the month I beat every single number of reps during the«fit» test. Wedding pictures turned out great! Thanks Tamar!

Tamar is amazing! She really knows how to motivate you to work through the workouts. She really cares about building a relationship with her clients and provides great tips to getting healthier. Also, the people who are in the 8:30 am class are so much fun to work out with. I hardly notice the time pass!
