I’m with Pam. Been trying to get my phone rebate from Verizon since October 2014 when I bought my phone. If they just had customer service at the store I wouldn’t have this problem. Verizon customer service not much better. Ppl can be nice but no one to help. Now they have my phone but it got sent to wrong Verizon address. I have the tracking number. They now can’t find the phone to issue the $ 200 rebate. Ridiculous. First go to Millbury. Second never buy the newest phone. Been on the phone hours trying to get my rebate owed to me.

The amount of arrogance in this store by the employees blows my mind. I’m not in there, as an uneducated customer. I can use 90% of the devices better than 90% of the staff. If I’m in there, its probably because I have a problem. And the snide, rude, holier than thou attitudes make me ill. I guess the DMV sends their worst employees to Verizon to be field trained or something. If I wasn’t under contract, I’d be at a Sprint store so

I’m sorry to see that Pam had a bad experience here. I’ve visited here a few times and have always found the staff to be helpful and friendly. We did purchase a couple of phones here and the associate took the time to go over the basics(our first smart phones) before sending us on our way.
