This is your average chain store pharmacy. It has all the same stuff any other one has. The thing that make one chain store different from another is the people who work there. I came here to use the photo shop service to have a passport photo taken. The attendant was busy with another customer. What bothered me was I stood there for 10 minutes and wasn’t acknowledged. He saw me and at least one other customer standing in line. I think the least he could have done is said, «I’ll be with you in a minute». After the photo was taken, the photo attendant said it would take about 15 minutes before it was ready. I had other business in town and told him I would return in a bit. I arrived 45 minutes later to find an empty counter. I stood and waited for someone to show up. In that time 2 other store employees walked by and never acknowledged me standing there. I finally asked the cashier up front to page someone for the photo shop. A person came and I got my photo.
Customer service is important to me. It influences my rating at least 50% as I’m sure it does many of you reading this. What could have been a 4 star rating turned into a 2 star rating because of the poor customer service by few people. It won’t prevent me from returning, but it will influence my choice of how often.
