While they may be good at times the way I was treated was less than satisfactory. Neither the salesman or installer were professional and I cannot recommend this company. Door installation was bad and manual slide lock did not even line up with a hole to slide into. Installer was crabby and bad mouthed the company he was doing the work for. Salesman argued with me about the color of the door and gave me the customer an ultimatum to tell him before the end of the day what I wanted done.

My wife called another service before calling Sturgis Overhead Door. She left 2 voice mails over the span of 45 minutes. When my garage door is busted I don’t want to leave voice mails, I want my door fixed ASAP. I called this place and got a person (Paige? I’m really bad with names) on the phone who set up the service call. They gave me an ETA and were right on time. Fixed the door, checked it and sent me a bill in the mail.
