Subway

Oh boy! 2:00 Sunday
Such terrible traffic on highway I had to get off. Subway looked like a good choice. As I pulled in 3 vans/​STVs pulled in with multiple kids in each.
The two male crew members (Brian and ?) were the pulse of the store. They had it down to a science. Plus they were pleasant. Line backed up. They had to call the manager for help. It took her awhile to come over and help. Despite standing at the end, doing some paperwork.
It then appeared things had not been prepped ahead. She was fooling with the bread. They had to ask her to take the register.
Store clean, restroom clean, food tasty and 2 great male crew members.
While I was sitting eating the 2 cleared the line and Brian went home? Then a line of 10 formed. The guy left was taking care of everyone alone. He called the female manager asking if she could ring. She came out and corrected him on how he was doing things IN FRONT OF EVERYONE. He was the only one taking care of the customers!
Shame shame shame!

Not very impressed with this location. Coffee is usually out by the time I get there. Employees never seem very happy.
