Purchased a pair of Samsung Washer/​Dryer, no problem at the store, got delivered 10 days later, to my surprise their all «free delivery, hook up and removal of old appliances» sounds great but when these guys came in the house they refused to remove the old whirpool washer saying it was «too heavy» for them two and it may had water still inside –which i showed them that there was no water at all– they made some calls to their boss who also backed them up saying that if it is too heavy they could not take it… now, I’m a very reasonable guy, I moved and installed my old washer 8 years ago with the help of my 14 years old son and yes it was a bit heavy but like most good washers, they are not light… so these guys, left the old washer they didn’t want to take sitting with the new appliances… always buy my appliances at the Home Depot but after this experience I may want to check other stores.

Don’t waste your time if you have any questions. Four people will tell you something different and none of them will give you anything close to the correct answer. Then when you go to check out and want to complain you will check out yourself as 3 employees stand and socialize at the self check out. Next time I’ll order it on Amazon before wasting my time and gas.

Customer service is good for the front store workers. But inside each department needs major improvement. As we walked the store in search for new items for our new home, none of the employees assisted us with any of the things we were looking for. Especially the kitchen appliance department, we were there the longest and the 2 employees were too busy chatting with each other as we were looking at refrigerators and stoves. We walked out the store with no purchases because of the lack of the employees customer service in each department.

This is your typical Home Depot. The workers have always been amazing to me in this store. I shop here frequently. The sales associates are very knowledgeable and know the products in their area.
The store is well kept. There is ample parking.
They have a rental center and even rent trucks. I have rented machines on several occasions. The equipment was well maintained and worked flawlessly.

This is the best Home Depot in the area. I refuse to go to the Dover location anymore. The staff is friendly. The store isn’t overly crowded. And the guy in the paint department is great and knowledgeable.

Randolph, NJ
This Home Depot gets 5 stars from me on the strength of the people working in the store. I have never been in any store where the sales associates where more knowledgable about the stores products and services. Every associate I’ve ever dealt with there was more than willing to help and when above and beyond. I actually enjoy shopping at this Home Depot location.

Yay!
I live within 10 miles of three different Home Depots and this particular location seems to be the best in terms of customer service, stock, and cleanliness. The employees here are really friendly and willing to help you and will ask me if I need assistance vs. other locations where I have to flag someone down. The store is really well kept and clean and the selection of stuff just seems to be broader than the other two locations that I frequent.
The parking lot is also less hectic (especially compared to the East Hanover location which just gets bombarded).

We just purchased a home in the area & everytime we have been in this Home Depot, the staff is usually really helpful. There was one time where we got one person who kind of brushed us off, but for the most part, anyone in the store is willing to help.
They are also usually pretty knowledgable. We went to the garden section and they were able to explain things about the plants, etc. We needed adhesive for the pavers on the patio & they showed us exactly what we needed.
I really like this HD & will continue to go there in the future.

Paint department was swamped and 2 other employees stepped in to help with the long line. Haven’t seen anyone step up like that at other Home Depots. The staff is very friendly. We ordered windows for our house through this location and the service was impeccable.

This place is pretty good and the people are pretty friendly. I’ve had them match paint for me, make keys and the people in the electrical department are pretty helpful. Sometimes when you do need help there seems to be no one around but usually if you look down the next isle you can find someone. For tools their selections is pretty good. They also have frequent sales on a variety of different things. I pick up a drill for over half off.
Their tool rental area is pretty good too. Use you to be able to cheat the system by going in before they closed and doing a 4 hour rental and you’d just have to bring it in the next morning. Great if you don’t mind working through the night. Although now I don’t think they’ll let you rent tools that late for 4 hours anymore
